Upon entering Magnolia House 401, guests are greeted with a spacious living area with modern and chic décor. With pops of bold colors and a sleek and simple design, this condo is one of the most popular in Magnolia House. Located at the end and corner of the condo building, the lack of neighbors provides more privacy and quiet, as there will be fewer disturbances from adjoining walls and neighboring units. Additionally, the end unit means more natural light filling the space and better views, as there are windows on multiple sides of the unit.
The kitchen has all the necessary apartment-sized appliances to prepare and enjoy meals. The kitchen features a long farmhouse dining table providing ample space for all your friends and family to gather together and enjoy a delicious meal.
The first bedroom features a king-size bed, and the second bedroom features a queen-size bed. In the living area is a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.
Enjoy the private balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air and scenic views of the Gulf and Destin’s East Pass with a cup of morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
Your rental includes two beach access points, beach service including two beach chairs and an umbrella, a seasonal beach tram for those who would prefer not to walk, and two adult bicycles for easy exploration of the surrounding area.

Best stay ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. We especially loved all the colorful paintings. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, one we’d like to have at home. Window coverings were nice and the bathrooms great. Everything was so nice, and we enjoyed the condo very much. As usual, the beach and pool were spectacular, as well as the shopping. The balcony was peaceful and relaxing. We have stayed in several condos here, and this was our new favorite. Destin Pointe Realty was great to work with. Only reason I gave 4 stars for being clean....there was dust on the lamps and other places most people might not think of cleaning. No big deal, but I did notice. 🙂It was a wonderful two weeks for us!!!

Family Fun Vaca!

We enjoyed this property so much! The staff was amazing, the property itself was perfect for our family celebrations ! My only complaint is they haaaaave to update their refrigerator! Other than that, super clean, fresh and fun place to visit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a former owner at Destin pointe and one who has been around since its inception, I found the unit particularly charming. Over the years we have stayed in almost all of the two bedroom condos in magnolia house. The natural light from the windows was wonderful. However, the kitchen is problematic. The refrigerator was missing the produce drawer and most of the shelves in the door. It is also very small if there are more than two people staying in the unit. The front desk suggested we use a cooler instead. When you pay what we paid for a four night stay this is not at all what you expect. I don’t know how to better utilize the space as enlarging the kitchen cuts in on the lovely floor plan for living space. But I would encourage the owners to stock it with more utensils and cookware and dishes. The washer dryer is in the kitchen as well.
