Green Reef Unit 4 is located on Scenic Old Highway 98... is a Gulf-Front/Beach front, spacious townhouse right on it's own private beach in a upscale area of Destin, Florida (next door to Destiny by the Sea). This is a Platinum furnished townhouse and luxury at its finest with its private beach frontage, daily beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) and 2 parking spaces (for up to 4 cars).

Conveniently located close to everything in Mid-Destin enjoy shopping, restaurants and much more only a short drive or Unber/Lyft away. Or have your groceries and other items delivered via DoorDash and never leave the beach!

Green Reef Unit 4 is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome that sleeps up to 8. It has two large living areas with direct gulf views and beach access each with an additional two queen size sofa sleepers in the living room with curtains to separate the spaces. The master bedroom has a king bed and private beach balcony on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. All new guest room has a queen bed and full bath.

All rooms have flat screen TV's with DVD, full access WiFi Broadband,

Travertine tiled floors through out the main floor and granite countertops in the kitchen.

The unit IS DIRECT on the beach. Relax on one of three beachside decks for a magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect for family fun in the sun and easy access to the beach with the bottom deck stepping down to the water's edge. Beach Front Property

The view is amazing. The little coffee shop / sandwich shop across the street is good and convenient. the house is a close drive to Publix grocery and a short walk to two places to eat dinners. We will definitely be renting again.

Love this property right on the beach. When we got there someone was in our parking spot and Chris took care of it right away! Only thing is I wish it would've been better stocked with a few basic cooking needs like S&P but we loved the house.

RIGHT ON THE BEACH, comfortable, and great for families

If you’re a parent with young children in tow, you probably wince a time or two when you’re scrolling through Pottery-Barn-perfect listings. This townhouse really is perfect — but it’s not so perfectly decorated that you’re afraid to make a grilled cheese or a PBJ. You can relax here.The beds were very comfortable and the walk-in shower in master was wonderful. Having a half bath on the main floor was extremely convenient and saved our knees. The winner, however, was the bottom deck (there are three). It is open and breezy, but shaded and cool, and it has wonderful views of the gulf. (We stayed through 3d week in May.) This townhouse will be my pick again the next time I come to Destin — and I’m pretty picky.CAVEAT for the CFL/fluorescent bulb haters: all light bulbs (except appliance) in this townhouse are CFL/fluorescent, so bring your own incandescents. (See pictures.)
