2nd Floor, Direct Ocean view, fully furnished with all your beach needs

Cocoa Beach Oceanfront complex- 2nd floor unit has a direct ocean view and was recently remodeled and redecorated. Located across the street from Denny's and a Surf Style store.

The complex is within an hour of Orlando and Disney World.
The NASA Space Center is less than 30 minutes away, And the
Cruise lines are just 15 minutes up A1A. The 'World Famous'
'Ron Jons' and the Pier are within minutes.

Our unit has been recently updated and is fully furnished with everything you need to have fun in the sun. We have a full kitchen, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and beach toys and items in our beach closet.

The oceanfront complex has the following:
-Direct access to the beach.
-A large, heated pool with neighboring hot tub.
-The complex is monitored by 16 cameras for security.
-A tennis / pickelball court.
-Plenty of FREE parking.
-Recreation- Community room with a library and games-puzzles.

Remodeled Summer 2025,
New Appliances, flooring, kitchen and bath remodeled.
Unit 208 is licensed by the City, County and State.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure you leave the 3 sets of keys hanging in the kitchen.
Please help us get started on the laundry.
If the Front bedroom beds were not slept in, please leave a note or make sure they are made properly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There should be 3 sets of front door / pool / beach keys inside the unit on the key rack. There is a $50.00 fee for a lost key.
Dogs are not allowed on our part of the beach. There is a dog park at Lori Wilson Park. You can take your dog to the beach south of 4th Street.
Please reset our TV system setup if you change it. Both the cable box and TV must be on at the same time. Please use HDMI1 for the cable cord.
