We had a wonderful month long stay. This home is nicely and tastefully decorated, clean and welcoming. Our host was very attentive to our needs and provided quick communication. Lots of extras for our trips to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice getaway

Great place for a Florida getaway. The place was clean and fit with everything we needed. We had little communication with the host before we arrived, but responded to all our inquiries. Professional pictures of the house make it seem bigger than it actually is. Great location, close to beautiful beaches but neighborhood is a little run down.

Great clean home in residential area.

Home very clean with bathroom and kitchen amenities. Many items like dish washer and laundry detergent already supplied. Silverware/plates/cup ware also accessible. Was also nice to have beach towels and chairs. Closest beach about 12-15 min away-Gasparilla Island. 10 min drive to stores like Walmart. Neighboring towns not too far away.

Wonderful designed and furnished Rental

While the Rotunda residential area is very spacious and quiet, it has limited amenities inside the subdivision. But many things like stores. restaurants, and beaches are a short drove away. The property , however, is outstanding with super hosts, Viktoria and Vadim. A new clean townhouse that is well designed, built, furnished and decorated. Property like this one is a rare find and a complete pleasure to stay at. This property by far was the highlight of our very busy 2 week stay in the Englewood, FL area.

The home was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed. We were concerned about it being a duplex but never heard our neighbors at all. We were close to beaches and had great weather for hunting shark teeth.
