Lewisville is well located city. it is 35 minutes away to Dallas downtown or Fort Worth area. Convenience stores only 2 miles away. House is 2 minutes from 35 freeway and close to the Flower mound schools as well the the great restaurants in Highland village. House is dedicated to Short term rental, having all you need to make a perfect stay for a short or long term. New carpet, new floors, new beds and all the furniture, House has no old smell nor any kind smell. This is a smoke free place where it will make your stay memorable. Playground park by walking distance, great green belt behind the house for walks. House has window shutters throughout. street is very calm and lots of families walking around the street, very low car traffic.

Great place

Great communication. Very accommodating. Lovely neighborhood. Highly recommend. We stayed here for a little over a month while transitioning into a new house.
