THE PROPERTY
This beach-themed condo is family-friendly and sleeps 6. There is an amazing view of the lake and palm trees from the tiled lanai. The wall-to-wall sliding glass doors can be fully opened to enjoy the beautiful fresh air, sounds of nature, and expand your living space. Rock in the rocking chairs with your morning tea or coffee, or enjoy an evening glass of wine and listen to the relaxing fountain. The condo has a fully-stocked, open-concept kitchen with a large dining room table and a breakfast bar with stools. There is a brand new front-loader washer/dryer in the unit. The living room has a sectional sofa and a 55” Smart TV. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a very comfortable, brand new, pillow top mattress, and a large flat screen TV with cable and Roku. The over-sized bay windows let you wake up to lots of natural sunlight and amazing water views. There is a walk-in closet, master bath with separate shower, soaker tub, and private access to the lanai. The second bedroom has 2 brand new Twin XL pillow top mattresses, large flat screen TV with cable and Roku, and on suite access to the second bath. The den has a large desk for working from home, a sleeper sofa with a brand new queen memory foam mattress, and a 50" Smart TV.
