Continue into the charming separate dining room with seating for six which connects to the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Down the hall you will find three spacious bedrooms and a contemporary full bath with skylight! The main bedroom boasts a King bed, large dresser, double closet and cable enabled TV. The cottage style second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and coastal style dresser. The third large bedroom has 2 twins, a double closet, two large nightstands and plenty of space to spread out and play games on a rainy day. In addition, if it's not a beach day, the basement level offers a ping pong table and magnetic darts. Home has AC in each bedroom, the living room and the dining/kitchen combo.

The bonus of this Cape Escape is the backyard! Comfortable couch and seating, separate patio table and chairs, a firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a backyard bar to drink your Cape Codders or Margaritas and a corn hole set for hours of entertainment! Enjoyable summer vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Girls vacation week went well. Weather was cool and perfect for us but I can’t imagine those 5 window ac’s keeping up with the heat of the previous week. I think central ac needed The bathroom is nice and bright with the skylight but heats up ! We needed a small fan in there. Beds were very comfortable along with living room furniture. Yard and patio area was great.. just needs a table umbrella for shade during the daytime.
