The master bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous dual vanity. In the hallway you will find the bunk area, equipped with a light by each twin bed, so you can privately read a book or your favorite magazine. There is another bathroom close by for your ultimate privacy and convenience.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Nice place, very little description

This was a really nice place for my friends and I to stay. The only real complaint (that is not a huge deal) was the communication with the property manager. It sometimes took a long time to hear back about questions we had. The check in and check out process was also unclear from messages and emails I had received. We needed to have a parking pass that was supposed to be prepaid when we arrived, but the front desk was able to help us get that taken care of. We were also unclear on what we needed to do when we were checking out in order to not have an extra cleaning fee. There were only instructions about the lock on the door, but nothing about the towels or sheets.

Worst vacation experience EVER

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: VERY dirty. I have pics, emails, texts to prove ALL the issues with this unit. Horrendous communication with Benchmark company. I had to go to buy cleaning supplies and bedding to even sleep there. Asked /begged to be moved to another unit and representative couldn't make that decision so was reaching out to a supervisor. No response, no call back, no email response in regards to moving units. Called daily, and my issues were always "in review ". Still no response/resolution to my request for a full refund since they never moved us. I have alll the proof if anyone wants to see feel free to text me. Ill send you all the pics/emails/text screenshots. I did get a measly $180 refund for me having to clean unit myself. Said they sent a cleaner to clean on Sunday....and she wiped up some spaghetti/food and left (have all that proof too). ZERO patio furniture. The list goes on. It was like staying in an abandoned apartment. Do NOT book this unit, I promise.

Overall good experience

Had to reach out to the property manager a few days before arrival because we hadn’t received any check in info. They responded fairly quickly. Upon check in we noticed the floors were a bit dirty. Other than that I would say the location of the condo and overall experience were great!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It didn’t start out great they sent me a text saying the unit I booked was unusable because the a/c went out and the repair could not be made prior to my arrival. They left me a voice message about the cancellation the evening before my arrival day at about 4:20 by the time I checked the message they were closed for the day which is 5:00pm. I waited all morning on my arrival day for a call from them nothing. I called about 10:30 got an answering service about the wait time so I held on. The lady that answered sounded like she was from another country and was very rude saying they sent me an email with options that usually goes to the junk folder. I haven’t located it to this day. So I finally got tired of going back and forth with her about an email and asked her if she was at the business or a call center then she forwarded my call over to the person that left the voicemail who also referred me to an email that was supposed to be in my junk folder so after getting frustrated I asked her did she not have the capability to make the changes while I’m on the phone finally got somewhere. She confirmed the new reservation at another location then I get a text later saying my card was declined that was fine the day before so I contacted the card issuer which was Klarna no problems on their end. Got another text saying new card didn’t go through either. Finally I gave her my personal bank card all of a sudden it goes through so I’m guessing you partner with Expedia and VRBO but you don’t accept their payment methods. So I ended up having to wait on refunds from Expedia and Vrbo that didn’t post until my vacation was over. The property they booked smelled like pets and some of the dishes had food on them. I don’t have anything against pets but I don’t care to stay in a property that smells like animals that’s a red flag that the property hasn’t been cleaned properly. The quilt for the sleeper couch

A little misleading on the advertising
