2BD 2Bth sleeps 8 Grand Panama Tower 2

Our condo is 2BD 2Bath (Tower 2) with additional bunk area, sleeps up to 8. It has a spacious kitchen (fully equipped including espresso machine) smart TV in the living room, very comfortable recliner., high quality linens it also has a large balcony. Please note there is a one time $55 resort fee that includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for all guests. This unit is in tower 2, club house level, the same floor with the gym, rooftop pool and grill. It's just a couple steps to the pool that is heated in the cooler months. There is no better spot in town! It is just minutes to all the attractions, such as multiple mini golfs, Ship Wreck Water Park, dining, and nightlife. It is a short drive to the Pier Park and shopping.
The unit is on the first floor of Tower 2 (that is actually 6th floor because of the 5 floors of parking below. This is the perfect level to access the Fitness center, Roof top Pool, hot tub, Tiki Bar and the grilling area. It is a short walk through the 5th floor pedestrian walkover you will get to the beachfront pool at Tower 1 and of course to the beach!
Grand Panama Resort is centrally located. You are 4 miles from Pier Park but just within a couple of miles from Wal-Mart and Publix.



***Please note: Pool wristbands and parking passes are required during your stay and are purchased from the Front Desk in Tower 1 on the day of arrival. It is $55 per your entire stay includes 1 parking pass and up to 8 wristbands.

Fun family get away!

The place was very clean upon arrival and the check in to get passes for vehicles and property access was a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised to find a set of bunk beds as we had an additional family member come along last minute. I highly recommended. We definitely will be staying again in the future.

Amazing Property!

I booked this property last minute after canceling a trip to Orlando due to hurricane Ian. Let me say that the pics do not do this property justice. What you see in the pic is exactly what you are getting in this property. It was super clean when we arrived and my family felt wowed as we stepped inside. It was completely furnished and had dishes, chairs for the beach, and even beach toys for the kids. There is a cute little bunk bed tucked away in the hall which was perfect for my little ones. They were very comfortable each night. The balcony was rather large. The best part is we were a couple of steps from the pool. The pool did close for maintenance a couple of times but no worries, we were a quick walk across to Tower 1 to the beach! We had an awesome experience and I will book this spot again! The checkin process was very easy as wel!

Absolutely Beautiful and Extremely Clean

Our Memorial Day stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo was the cleanest I’d ever seen. It was in a wonderful location with easy access to the beach and amenities. Communication with the owner was Super Easy. The condo setup is perfect for a large family with teens. Sofa bed was even nice and comfortable. The bathrooms were great with the master being huge with a tub and walk-in shower. The view was just gorgeous with the extra large balcony. This condo had all the perks needed for making memories, which we certainly did~

Wonderful property. Very clean. Near the beach and pretty much within a 5 minute drive to everything. Located just a couple of steps from the fitness center and pool. I drive an SUV and the parking was a little tight. That’s the only negative, but nothing that the property manager has control over. Amazing stay, and would definitely rent again.
