About this property

Located 20 min from the airport, this beautiful 1700 sq ft 2 bedroom, 3 full bath luxury suite is located at Villa La Estancia Beach Resort and Spa, Riveria Nayarit in Nuevo Vallarta and has all of the conveniences of home including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The 500 sq foot outdoor terrace has 2 lounge chairs and 2 large outdoor dining tables with seating for 6 and a bar fridge with outdoor sink. This villa is located on the 3rd floor and has fabulous ocean views of Bay of Banderas.

Option to purchase the all -inclusive meal plan thru the resort which also gives you access to the restaurants and pools and nightly entertainment at the adjoining Villa del Palmar Flamingos Beach Resort. Room service is also available for additional fee.

Full grocery store is located 10 minutes away by taxi or Uber. There is a convenience store located at the Flamingos. The town of Bucerias with restaurant, bars, and shopping is approximately a 30 min stroll on the beach.

Full size gym included. There is a great swim up bar with poolside food & drink service available. Beautiful firepit at night. 4 hot tubs.

Great get away in paradise

We went with our kids and grandparents. The unit was a great fit giving our family unit and the grandparents a space for ourselves to retreat to if we wanted, but then we shared large balcony with a great view. Marcy was prompt and helpful in her communication.

Estuvo excelente la localidad, la propiedad y todos los servicios. Y el personal muy amable y atentos. Unico detalle que no habia suficientes cobijas para 10 huéspedes. Y pedir mas tenia cargo con el hotel. Pero definitivamente volveriamos

Great Family Spring Break Vacation

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had previously stayed at the resort and stumbled across the VRBO listing. The unit had plenty of room for all of us, a great functioning kitchen, and a wonderful balcony. The resort staff and amenities are excellent. This was a classy, perfect place for a low key family vacation close to the wonderful town of Bucerias. Would highly recommend and hope we have an opportunity to stay here again.
