A new definition of luxury awaits those visiting Villa La Estancia Beach Resort & Spa in Riviera Nayarit, a secret hideaway that boasts personalized service all the way.

Pamper yourself in a top rated resort/condo , a 5 star resort with all the amenities and conveniences one can ask for.

Our beautiful 2200sf villa located on the Penthouse level (8th floor) with a spectacular view of the pool, grounds, the beach and Banderas Bay from our spacious, fully furnished garden terrace, facing west, with clear views of sunsets most of the year.

A large modern kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, 3 bathrooms, large master bedroom with king size bed and large second bedroom with 2 queen beds. Equipped with 3 flat screen TV's, DVD players, both English & Spanish cable TV. The TV in the livingroom is a 55" Samsung SmartTV that has an android TV box for Music, News, Sports and access to many channels in other countries. We also offer our own in suite hi-speed internet not shared with the resort. Our top floor ceilings are vaulted and much higher giving it a larger feel. The beautiful Cupula ceiling (the Mexican tiled and bricked dome shaped cap over a structure) centered in the living room gives us uniqueness and more airy space. (view pictures) The 2nd bedroom is separated by a foyer from the main living quarters and can be locked off for both security and privacy.

Come relax and wind down from your everyday businesses and have a vacation you won't forget. Spend the day safely by the huge heated pool with your children or just relax with your favorite book, as waterfalls cascade into the walk-in pools. Our pool area has a casual restaurant and a swim-up pool bar if desired or use your condo kitchen for healthy snacks, drinks and meals. We also have our own fine dining restaurant on site but you are also only a few minutes by taxi to numerous fine restaurants which we will recommend. The town of Bucerius is only a 20 minute walk along the beach.

If it's more action and excitement you require, we are 25 minutes by taxi from downtown Puerto Vallarta and there are plenty of Adventure Tours for both adults and children. Flamingoes Golf Club is only 5 minutes away and comes highly recommended or have a tennis match on our court.

I know you'll love your stay here and last but not least you will find our staff to be the best and friendliest in any country we have ever visited. They truly make your stay a pleasure.

Just what we needed

We had a very relaxing vacation week at this condo. The view is amazing of course and the balcony is huge with lots of furniture and beautiful plants. The bed was so comfy, my husband liked it better than ours at home! We will hopefully stay here again in the near future!

We had an amazing trip. The resort is one of the nicest we have stayed at. High quality grounds, buildings, food and staff. Our Villa was lovely and had everything we needed . We loved the outdoor patio and amazing views. The owners responded quickly to all our questions and we very much appreciated the late checkout as well. Truly enjoyable

Thank you very much for the use of your condo, it was incredibly spacious (2 kids enjoyed staying in the studio unit, while wife and I enjoyed the proper 1-br unit) and the patio garden oasis was wonderful (hummingbirds seen up close). We especially enjoyed the restaurants [El Brujo (whole snapper), Los Pericos (daily specials), & Luna Luna (cash only)] in Brucerias. We look forward to returning soon.

Norm&Elvira were amazing hosts, very quick to respond whenever I had a question or request. The Villa is gorgeous, with just enough personal touch to make us feel welcome. The Villa was clean, the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! my son slept on the pull out couch, and said it was nice too. Can’t wait to come back ASAP! Thanks Norm!

Lovely family vacation

The condo was fantastic and met all of our needs. The hotel service and amenities is definitely designed for those paying for the all inclusive package (which we opted out due to having small children who don't do well in restaurant settings). We were given the run around about when to come back to make reservations in person, and were told we could take our food "to go" at a later time. When that later time came, we were denied every time, and eventually gave up and were limited to room service as our only option for hotel-provided food. This was the only disappointing part of our trip, and had nothing to do with our lovely vrbo rental.

More of a RESIDENCE than a RESORT

The room was spacious but it was not once cleaned during our stay. The decorations are old and the place needs updating. When we contacted the owner about the cleaning, she told us we had to pay $50 extra if we wanted it cleaned. Totally unheard of. Our stay was pleasant, the staff at the hotel was friendly, but this place did not meet our expectations of a resort. Restaurants, bars and the activities for a resort ambiance were found in the resort next door but nothing at Estancia. This place has all the rules and bylaws that apply to a regular condo, for instance, no music in the pool, jacuzzi closes at 8pm, etc. This resort is NOT for a family with kids who is looking for a FUN vacation resort.

This negative review is the only one we have received in the last several years, so let me put it in context as I consider it an outliar. The person that made the reservation is not the guest that actually stayed in the villa, so I assume the actual guest never was informed of the relevant facts about VLE. I think they were expecting s "Disney" type resort, which VLE is certainly not. The rental agreement on VRBO specifically states that cleaning is the responsibility of the guest, to be arranged with the concierge 24 hours in advance of the required cleaning. I am sure the guest never checked our website because if they did they would have known all about VLE. Also, our villa is very well maintained and the decor is updated as we deem necessary, and is certainly not old as attested to by our many glowing reviews over the last several years. Finally, I will not rent to anyone making a reservation for someone else unless I know in advance. Sincerely, Elvira

Our stay at Eva’s was wonderful. The penthouse has everything you need with the most spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets. Check in and out was easy and the staff at Villa La Estancia are top notch. Who we really appreciate and are so grateful for is Eva . From the time of booking she has been available to answer any questions or concerns. Our group of 4 unfortunately were on our trip when the cartel created some unrest on the day we were scheduled to leave. Our flight was delayed 4 days later. Eva went above and beyond to help us and allowed us to stay until we could get home. She checked in with us multiple times and truly cared about our well being. At no time did we feel threatened for our safety. In fact we couldn’t have been in a safer place. We are so grateful for her and cannot say enough about her generosity and kindness. When we go back to Mexico she will be the first one that we reach out to for accommodations.

We were at the resort over the Christmas break. Very attentive service and appreciated the level of cleanliness. Fidel from security was amazing. Ingrid at the concierge desk was outstanding. As always the pool service is exceptional and there are too many people to name. A fantastic stay again and we all felt the hotel has upped its game in service.

Another great stay at Villa La Estancia!

We have stayed at VLE many times. Villa 1806 is beautiful with vaulted ceilings, comfortable bed and a beautiful view. One of the things that make VLE a great place to stay is the staff. They are always very friendly and attentive from the moment you arrive at the door and all throughout your days lounging by the pool or on the beach. We can’t wait to return.

A place to come back to!!

The condo unit is beautifully and comfortably furnished, very spacious, and has everything you could possibly need. The resort property is also beautiful, well maintained ,with lovely amenities, such as the pools and gyms. We enjoyed the ease of eating locally at the restaurants or poolside bar/food service at the resort. The location is great - within easy walking distance of Bucerias and grocery stores, and situated along a lovely long stretch of walkable beach. Having stayed at several other locations in Nuevo Vallarta, this is definitely a place we would return to!!

Another Great Stay

Another wonderful stay in this resort. Norm was great to deal with and hope to stay here again. View was awesome and the unit is very quiet. My wife loved the high ceilings and the kids loved the decor.
