New Rental for 2023! Spacious and comfortable 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath home is located in a quiet Eastham neighborhood and surrounded by a peaceful wooded backdrop. It is perfectly situated between the bay and oceanside beaches, minutes to Orleans, and up the street from the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Groceries, restaurants, and shops are all quickly accessible, and you'll be able to easily enjoy sunsets at First Encounter or Rock Harbor, beach outings to Coast Guard or Nauset Light, and nearby conservation land trails and the scenic Fort Hill Trail.

The house features an open concept layout, with a large and well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. A beautiful sunroom opens up just off the kitchen and provides access to the deck. The first-floor primary suite boasts a king bed, private full bathroom, and a bonus office space. Laundry and an additional half bathroom are also conveniently located on the first floor. The upstairs has three generously-sized bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with a bunk bed plus additional twin bed (sleeping 3 total), plus another full bathroom. Central A/C on first floor. 1 Adult bicycle provided.

40x3 years of wedded bliss trip

This home was a BIG WINNER! Everything was as advertised and then some. Home is large, amazingly clean and we all agree it was the BEST air-rental any of us have had. Thoughtfully appointed, the house was perfectly prepared for renters-empty closets, nice bedding (this is a bring your own linen/towels) super lovely bathroom. The kitchen was WELL stocked with all you could want-stemware, great coffee maker/mugs, plenty of tools and gadgets, cabinets that made sense, ample storage, ample counter space. The lovely 3 seasons room was a lot of fun; the rainy weather made it a bit to chilly to spend all our time there but it was lovely. Plenty of games, puzzles, dvd selections, and serving dishes for snacks and treats. We all slept well on comfortable beds with distance between allowing for quiet sleep. We particularly loved the skylight room. Our group was 3 couples all celebrating our 40 th wedding anniversary this year. We had a great time, felt spoiled, and lacked for nothing in this well planned vacation rental. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Close to everything

We had our children and grandchildren at this Eastham house and it was perfect! We loved mornings in the screened porch and the runners in our group were glad to have the rail trail just down the street. Orleans is so close that anything we forgot was easily acquired.
