My name is Tabitha and my family and I are from the central Oregon Coast. We've lived in the midwest for four years and have enjoyed restoring this gorgeous property, name The Legacy Building.

My Manifesto is: PASSION. ACTION. HISTORY.
I am passionate about preserving history, cultivating legacies, and honoring progress.
I believe that celebrating together in an inclusive atmosphere is where awe-inspiring moments take place: passion is embodied, vulnerability is exposed,
and dreams become action.

Why they chose this property

The Legacy Building, after sitting dormant for 100 years, is now home to multiple business, a museum in the making, main street storefronts, a vintage opera house, and an18 person estate that can be rented in its entirety or as individual private suites on VRBO. The exposed brick throughout is hard to keep dust free but is enchanting, along with the tall ceilings, the touches of old world, and new construction mixed in. You will be in awe and not want to leave.

What makes this property unique

This property is lived in part time so guests will feel right at home, finding everything they need. Guests will also enjoy small town boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, frisbee golf, parks, walking trails, dog parks, and antique stores.
