Newly remodeled 2 bedroom apartment unit with sofa and rocking recliner chair in living room. Office desk and executive chair for work from home with wi-fi and wired ethernet switch on shelf. Live edge dining table with 3 chairs and a bench. Air conditioner for dining/living room area and portable a/c for master bedroom attached for the summer months Central furnace for heating. This unit has a courtyard view! We accept up to 2 pets. One outdoor parking space provided, 1 more per request.

Extremely clean 2 bedroom apartment. 2nd floor unit. On-site lockbox will provide guest with 2 keys, 1 key is to enter the building, 1 key for the apartment
(Extra set of keys available upon request). One parking space provided. Lockbox code entry will be provided via the check-in instructions on the app. Two bedrooms, full bath and full kitchen. Living room is spacious with free wifi. Enjoy free paid subscriptions to Netflix, YouTube TV (including local channels), Disney+, HBO Max, Apple TV+, Vudu, FOX Nation and Prime Video (with Pokemon subscription) with plenty of already purchased feature films.

There is a coin-operated laundry room on each floor of the building, the 2nd floor laundry room has a quarter coin change machine for your convenience. These are shared laundry rooms.

We purchased this apartment complex in a few years ago and have remodeled units a few at a time. All the short term stay apartments are 2 bedroom, 1 bath and have everything needed for an overnight stay or a several month stay.
Why they chose this property
This property is minutes from Cleveland Airport and Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital. Close to Westgate Shopping Center which has Chick-Fil-A, Five Guys, Starbucks, Earth Fare healthy market, Target, Lowes, Kohls and much more! Kamms Corners with several bars, shopping and restaurants minutes away. Giant Eagle supermarket is just down the road.
