There is not as much traffic and has a more hometown feel in the community. Haines City is a small but bustling town with loads of shops and restaurants. Great house for kids

Everything thing was exceptional and the puctures in the listing were accurate. There is no instructions or wifi connected remote to control the pool and spa. This should be corrected. Also, working the two arcade machines in the garage is pretty tricky. Overall, we loved the place and hope to return.
