About this property

Summary:
A New Renovated three-story home with a whole floor dedicated to the main bedroom. The master bedroom has a sunroom, a balcony deck, two work tables, and a couch and TV.

Kids have the floor to themselves with a game room, pool table, foosball table, and two arcades. They have two TV as well as board games to keep them occupied.

The main floor has two dining tables with an oversized couch nestled around a wood-burning fireplace. Walk out to the wrap-around deck to enjoy nature.

The Space:
The space is designed to have multiple places where people can gather together or relax solo quietly.

You can relax in front of the wooden burning fireplace, play a game of foosball and pool in the game room, or play board games in the kid's room. You can silently do yoga upstairs in the sun room with the adjoining master bedroom.

Bring the family and keep them entertained downstairs while you get some R&R upstairs.

Guest Access:
The guest has access to the whole property.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Emerald lake s a quiet community close to multiple ski resorts and water parks

Guest can also access the full amenities by paying an additional fee to the community.

Getting Around:
Plenty of parking on the premise and a big shopping center within 10 minutes of the house.

Great place to have fun

We were a group of 12, and we had a lot of fun. The owner is very helpful, friendly, and responsive. We did not face issues with 'rules' and the owner told us, 'You are here to enjoy and relax, not do chores. Just have fun.' I will come back again. Well worth!

Nice stay but dirty

We booked a last minute trip for Memorial Day weekend. Although the the house is large and looks like the pictures, it was left dirty from the people the day before. Floors were definitely not swept or mopped as we found various beer pong balls under the beds. The bottom bathroom didn’t have shampoo either. And some of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. We also didn’t get any check in instructions until I called the winery upon arrival. Overall it was okay, for the price, it should have been properly cleaned.

Perfect Family Getaway

Stayed for one night after a day of tubing/skiing at Camelback. The home is 17 minutes from the slopes. There were a total of 15 of us, ages 4 through adult. The property is beautiful and well-kept. The layout was perfect (although lots of steps). The kids enjoyed their space downstairs in he game room. BR with 3 bunk beds was perfect for them. All rooms are spacious and the upstairs master bedroom is beautiful. Overall, had everything we needed! (except for a corkscrew which we left behind) Owner was very responsive to answering questions. Saw there was a hot tub there but not working. This would be a fantastic addition. Would definitely return!
