The space:

This is a 4 bedroom Chalet with a large deck surrounded by trees. Located in the amenity filled community. There are 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and can host up to 13 people comfortably. It has an indoor bar counter as well as an outdoor tiki bar in the patio. There is an indoor and outdoor fireplace to enjoy with family and friends. There are activities to do year around.

Located centrally next to all the Poconos attraction: Kalahari resort, Mt. Airy Casino, and Camelback Resort.

WINTER MONTH COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES:
During the winter months, when there is adequate snow, The community allows guest to do sledding from the hill as well as skiing in the frozen lake at no charge. (Need to have your own equipments)

SUMMER MONTH COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES:
- Kayak rental on the lake at no charge for guest. (Community provides the kayak)
- Lake usage
- Olympic size pool open from Memorial day to Labor day weekend.

The listing advertised that it had 5 rooms. This was NOT the case. The one of the futons was in the playroom and the other on the living-room room. The cleaning service they uses is not 100%. The location was clean at a quick view but the rug was dirty. Overall the place was ok. for the price and the last minute booking.

Good Spot

This place is solid. We were up for a bachelor party and the place was great for that. Close to golf courses, the casino and restaurants. There were a few bathroom fixtures missing, such as a towel bar and toilet paper holder but a nice house. The renter could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I’d use him again without hesitation.

Spring break get away

Property manager was very easy to deal with. We were 3 adults with 3 kids. Close to the water parks and lots to entertain the young ones at the house. Looking forward to our next stay

We had a great weekend stay!

Everything went well for our mini vacation. The property was overall in good condition and was clean. Our only complaint would be that the lawn wasn’t mowed so the grass was very tall which made the outdoor space underwhelming. We had 14 people staying here and it definitely felt big enough to accommodate everyone without a problem.
