Gardens at Beachwalk is a beautifully appointed Mediterranean style condominium community in south Fort Myers. The meticulously landscaped grounds feature abundant palm trees and two lakes with lighted fountains. At the center of this stunning gated community is a free-form resort-style pool with heated spa and sun deck, fully outfitted fitness center, and clubhouse with billiards and foosball.

Find yourself at home in our warmly furnished and decorated second floor condo, only a two minute walk from the pool and community center. Relax in the Florida-style living area with 60 inch flat screen TV, and enjoy breakfast on the lanai overlooking the lake. The open kitchen is fully furnished with cookware, dinnerware and glassware for eight, coffee maker, dishwasher, and disposal. The adjacent dinning area seats four. The master suite is appointed with king-size bed, 32 inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and full bath. The private second bedroom offers two twin beds, walk-in closet, and full bath. Wireless Internet and cable TV with HD channels are provided for your enjoyment. A full size washer and dryer are located in the utility room just inside the front door.

Located at the intersection of McGregor Boulevard and San Carlos Boulevard, you are only minutes from Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, and Bunche Beach. Bicycle, Kayak, or take a leisurely drive around J. Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel. Go shelling and sunbathing on the world-class beaches of Sanibel and Captiva islands and golf a few rounds at any of the several nearby golf courses. Sample the local cuisine at the Sanibel Grill, Bahama Breeze, Parrot Key Caribbean Grill, Doc Fords Rum Bar & Grille, and several other nearby restaurants. Great Stay

This property is conveniently located for shopping, restaurants amd activities. It is well equipped with a full kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The condo community pool is great. Although Fort Myers Beach is recovering from hurricane Ian some of the businesses are open. We stayed for 2 months as transitioning back to the US from an overseas assignment. Using this condo, which was very nicely priced, was perfect for us. I would highly recommend staying here.

The good n bad

Great location had access to everything we needed and wanted to do. Overall, the condo was nice. Couple issues: Master bathtub was dirty had to clean it. Master towel rack underneath the fish fell apart I was able to fix it. The oven was not clean. I preheated it for a pizza and when I opened the door smoke poured out setting off the smoke detectors. I hit the ove self clean button.

Gardens at Beachwalk is a wonderful community in itself with beautifully landscaped grounds, lovely pool and community center, where we feel very safe and secure. It is centrally located to beaches, restaurants, grocery, shopping, Twins and Red Sox spring training fields, and airport.
