Goose Landing is a 3+ acre 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom secluded waterfront home nestled on Fairlee Creek that boasts 350 feet of waterfront with panoramic views from almost every room, and a large dock for relaxing, birdwatching , and fishing. Fairlee Creek is fresh water year round and has some of the best water skiing, kayaking and fishing on the Chesapeake. The entrance to the Bay, as well as Great Oak Landing, are only a five minute boat ride away. The Public boat launch is 1/4 mile away. Take advantage of historic Chestertown and Rock Hall for shopping and dining as they are both only 9 miles away. Enjoy entertaining with a large great room, fireplace, billiard table, several outside deck areas, screened in porch, patio, and plenty of yard. Outdoor area also includes asphalt play area with basketball hoop, badminton and pickle-ball nets also available for hours of fun! Let everyone help and cook in this kitchen! It's perfect for entertaining with large breakfast bar. First-floor primary bedroom suite. Take the spiral staircase to the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. A great home to enjoy with friends and family.

Cozy getaway

Beautiful home, scenic views, serene atmosphere. The house was cozy and inviting. We felt like we were at home. Plenty to do. The hosts were gracious, accommodating and very responsive. Can’t wait to go back.

Great House with Amazing Views

My group had an incredible time staying at Lydia's property. Lydia was so accommodating and communicative. The house is in really good shape - very clean, with a well-stocked kitchen and tons of things to do inside and out. The views from the kitchen, deck, and firepit are picture-perfect. Would love to return again sometime soon!

Great Experience

This property was just what we were looking for, quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. It was just far enough from Chestertown to feel secluded and just close enough that driving into town for a good meal was no big deal. The host was very easy to communicate with. There were no surprises.

Labor Day

We loved Lydia and John’s house on Fairlee Creek and had a great time exploring the Creek and surrounding areas with our boat. Saying goodbye to summer is always hard but enjoying our morning coffee on the deck watching the sun come up, and family evenings by the campfire making s’mores, made that goodbye a bit easier. The house is exactly as described and well-appointed. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

An Oasis Within Reach

Lydia and John's property is just lovely. A great layout and space to feel cozy but also with room to oneself when needed. We used it all: the dock and family room, the patio and dining area... It was just so special that I hated to leave. We're already planning our next retreat, if they'll have us! Totally worth it:)
