**Bedroom 1 - The Nautical Room:** This beautifully themed bedroom, located off the living room, features a king bed with a premium mattress and linens, nightstands, lamps, and charming decor that will transport you straight to the high seas. The closet is equipped with a luggage rack, laundry basket, chest of drawers, hangers, and ample space to hang your outfits.

**Bathroom 1 - Ahoy there!** Don't forget to check out the 1/2 bath attached to the Nautical bedroom. The nautical theme continues in this bathroom, and we hope you enjoy the wallpaper as much as we do!

**Kitchen & Dining:** The heart of the home lies just beyond the living room, where two openings lead to the spacious kitchen and dining area. This large and inviting space boasts a generously sized kitchen with ample counter space and all the amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal. With a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, ice-maker, toaster oven, and all the necessary cookware, bake-ware, and glassware, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. As you walk down the hallway, you'll find this full bathroom to your right, complete with a vanity, sink, and tub/shower. We've got you covered with all the essentials too - hand soap, facial bars, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided during your stay. So soak in the tub, wash away the day, and revel in the vintage charm of The Retro Room.

**Bedroom 2 - The Subtle Green:** The Subtle Green is the first bedroom to your left as you walk down the hallway. This elegant bedroom features a king bed with a premium mattress and linens, nightstands and lamps, a chest of drawers, and a closet with a luggage rack, laundry basket, and hangers. The subtle decor of the Green room will create a peaceful and calming atmosphere, allowing you to relax and recharge during your stay.

**Bedroom 3 - The Sand and Sun Room:** The Sand and Sun room is a spacious bedroom at the end of the hallway, featuring a comfortable king bed with premium linens, nightstands with lamps, and a closet with ample storage space. Relax and recharge in this cozy room during your stay, with everything you need to feel right at home.

Between Bedroom 2 and 3 is a closet which holds 2 Queen air mattresses and extra bedding.

**Bedroom 4 - The Master:** Experience true luxury in our Master bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed, premium linens, and a range of amenities to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Enjoy an electric fireplace and dedicated workstation, and step outside through the backyard door to unwind in the hot tub. This room also features a beautifully updated full bathroom with shower/tub and complimentary toiletries.

**Bathroom 3:** Indulge in luxury and relaxation in our updated full bath, conveniently located within the Master bedroom. This bathroom seamlessly blends old and new with restored original features and a shower/tub combo. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide all the essentials, including hand soap, facial bars, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

**Large spacious fenced backyard** can be accessed from the master bedroom. The backyard features a hot tub/spa, fire-place, fire-pit, dining table, BBQ grill. Tools for grill and s'mores are in the kitchen island.

**Pets allowed:** Please note there is a fee and prior authorization required. Only Cats and dogs are allowed.

**Hot tub/spa:** Please review and follow the rules (under house rules and posted on the property) if you wish to use the hot tub.

**Parking:** Ample parking space for 6 cars in the driveway.

**We collect a 9% Lodge Tax for the city of Arlington. If the booking platform fails to collect this, we will send you a request.**

We are not responsible for any accident or injury.
Use it at your own risk.

• Check temperature on the display of the hot tub before entering the tub
• Don’t enter, if temp is over 104°F
• Enter and Exit the Hot Tub slowly
• Please no jumping or diving
• Don’t bring glass in or near hot tub
• Don’t use Alcohol, narcotics or medications while using hot tub
• Elderly people must consult with doctor before use
• Pregnant women must consult doctor before use
• Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness should consult doctor before using the Hot Tub
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Limit your soak to 15 minutes, then cool off before re-entry
• Please replace the Hot Tub/Spa cover after each use
• Please do NOT sit or lie down on the cover
• Please do NOT drag the cover on the ground
• Please do NOT use soaps or oils in the hot tub/spa
• Hot Tub is inspected prior to and after each stay. Any extensive damage, including but not limited to finding glass, plastic, metal, clothing, oil may result in extra fees
