About this property

Two bedroom condo for rent!

I’m a nurse renting a cozy condo on the east side. Simply decorated but has all the essentials you need! Walking distance to Mount Carmel east hospital! Great spot for healthcare professionals. I will consider small pets and up to two tenants. Ideal for stays > 30 days.

These photos are of the exact unit but I have changed the furniture and updated a few things :) both bedrooms have a queen size bed and TV. The place will be furnished but you are welcome to bring in your own things, especially for longer term stays.

Condo has assigned parking spaces for two, washer/dryer in unit, smart tv with access to netflix and hulu, and Wi-Fi

Outdoor pool open during the summer for your enjoyment as well

Beautiful home

I had a great stay here. Home was beautiful and kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. Home was also very clean. When the dryer broke they were super quick to get it fixed. Host was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Has potential

While the host responded quickly to our many questions and requests, unfortunately she was not able to resolve one of the biggest issues with the oven not working during Thanksgiving week as quickly as we would like. I made several suggestions for improvements and if she acts on them it could be a nice place to stay. We will not stay again.

Extended stay

The condo was clean, had no issue with neighbors. Parking right outside building. There were dressers and closets for clothing. Was centrally located for our purposes. Close to the highway. Really everything you need to live there for a time. The only thing remotely negative was there is a hospital and fire station nearby by so you will hear sirens. Not enough for me to reduce the rating.
