Newly remodeled two bedroom, one bath home with two large living areas, kitchen, laundry room and large front porch. Marie's place is within close walking distance to town square where you can enjoy the fun little shops, antique shopping or even events that take place (craft shows, smoking competitions, car shows, concerts etc.). We are located within walking distance to the Miami County Wine Trolley pick-up spot as well. You can also enjoy golf, fishing, and many other activities within close driving distance.

We were in town for regional wrestling and found the house an excellent little place to stay. SUPER cute, accommodating, clean and cozy! It felt safe and close to everything we wanted. We would stay there again if ever needed and even shared it with families that may return next year for wrestling. Thanks so much Amy!

A cute house very near downtown Paola. The house was exceptionally clean and the beds exceptionally comfortable. I cannot say anything about kitchen because we never used it. The oven is an amazing vintage model that I would have liked to try. Communication was quick. Entry pad is new and was a little tricky but manager forwarded us and we got in and out just fine. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our favorite shower ever. Kitchen had wonderful style with a great old stove and sinks.Nice open living and dining rooms with ample seating for our large family. Gorgeous hardwood floors throughout.Loved the porch and walking two blocks to the town square park.

Wine Trolley Weekend

We had a great stay. The house is adorable and very clean. It was a shot walk to the Wine Trolley pick up, which was perfect! Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Paola!

So cute and accommodating!

We were able to have a late checkout (communication was great and warm!) to make a Thanksgiving meal for my husband’s single grandpa before he moves into assisted living next week. We’re not sure how many Thanksgivings he has left so this was super special, the space was beautiful, comfy bed and all the kitchen needs to make a big meal! The oven was on the smaller side, but worked great! Thank you!

Just stayed here for our 6th time!

Love the small town feel of Paola and this nicely equipped bungalow. We recently discovered the local BBQ joint “We Be Smokin” south of town a couple of miles at the local airport.

My son and I come to Paola once a month and half the time, we’ll spend the night. We just found the perfect spot. Nice old house, fixed up just right and not one complaint! Owner was super to communicate with. Close to the city square and restaurants.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This house was so cute! And the location was great! We were able to walk to the square to enjoy dinner. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Loved everything about it. The owner was super responsive and always got back to me immediately anytime I had a question. Would highly recommend!

Adorable home in quaint town

I came to Paola to visit a friend. Due to severe allergies, I couldn’t stay with my friend because she has a cat. I was delighted to find this home only 15 min from my friends. I walked in & fell in love with the decor, including a functional vintage stove. Plenty of space to relax. I loved the front porch! A few things that were not ideal for me was I couldn’t figure out how to close bathroom door (cute barn door I couldn’t get to move) so on future trips when I bring boyfriend or a friend, that would need to be resolved. I didn’t ask about it this time since I was just alone. Also, the railroad is not far away & woke me in the night & early morning. Challenging for me to get needed sleep. I suggest bringing noise canceling headphones for sleep. Finally, I was not provided with code to access door until right at check in. Luckily my phone had 1 bar reception & some battery, since I wasn’t given this info in advance to feel comfortable gaining access after my long travel. I got lucky it all worked out. I’ve never had a VRBO wait until the minute of check in to provide & I travel all over often. Otherwise perfect. Very clean, convenient & cute!

Mary’s sweet bungalow

Beautifully renovated bungalow. Lots of the old charm was kept, the hardwood floors were redone and the kitchen range and porcelain sink are original. Lots of amenities we didn’t need anything but our food and drinks! The bathroom is fully renovated and beautiful. The entire house is decorated beautifully Joanna Gaines would be proud!
