This property is in the newly developed 94 West which is about one mile from Shangri La and 50 yards from Lake front! The home features an open kitchen to living floor plan with TV above wood burning fireplace. There are two bedrooms with King beds and two full baths on the lower level. The second level has a loft bedroom equipped with a TV and video games, a twin over full bunk bed with trundle and a daybed with trundle and full bath. The beautiful outdoor patio/ deck has a dining table set, gas grill, gas fire table and full-size hot tub with amazing views! Outdoor covered parking for one car. The Anchor kids' zone with games, basketball /pickleball and award-winning dining and golf are only about a mile away. There is also a community wood burning firepit overlooking the lake available! Rental Boat slips available about a mile away. Your friends and or family will love this property! Your reservation awaits! Beautiful getaway!

My best friend and I loved this property! The property manager was very nice and easy to reach. The property was clean and had every amenity you could think to make our stay easy. Highly recommend!

Great Location

Booked this property for a guys golf trip. The location was perfect. The house itself worked great. We had enough room for everyone (4 guys), kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner, it was clean and we only had one issue. We ran out of propane but Mike brought us some the next day. Mike was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and you can tell he's been doing this for a while. We are already talking about a return visit and I will definitely be in touch with him again for a place to stay when we come back.

Great location but hard to find

The property was just as pictured. We loved the location, even though it took about 45 minutes to find it from the directions. Then, the only thing identifying the home was a small oval sign, no house numbers. For the most part the unit was clean, however there were cobwebs in all of the rooms, most had a spider in them. The floor was dirty under the couch, which you could see when you were sitting on one of the the chairs, even some trash under there. A Keurig coffeemaker was advertised, but after bringing K-cups there wasn't a Keurig, instead it was a multiple cup coffeemaker.

Weekend Getaway

This is such a beautiful house. Great sized bedrooms and bathrooms. We spent most of our time on the deck or in the kitchen/living room visiting with family. Our only dislike was how close the surrounding homes were. But I imagine if you went during the off season it would be nice and quiet.
