This property complies with all local vacation rental rules and regulations! This privately owned and operated Waikiki Beach Tower condo offers large spaces, ocean views, and all the amenities the hotel has to offer.
The spacious interior offers 2 bedrooms (California King in the master bedroom and 2 Singles in the guest bedroom), 2 full baths, and a large living/dining area. The Living Room has a Queen size sofa bed, with plenty of room for two comfortable rollaway beds - comfortably accommodates 6 guests! The full kitchen is fully stocked, and includes an oven, stove range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
The unit also includes a washer and dryer, so you'll always have clean, fresh clothes and bathing suits! An incredible value in the heart of Waikiki! Amenities in the building include a heated pool, shallow pool, hot tub, cozy cabanas, BBQs, expansive outdoor seating area with fire-pits, and 2 fitness rooms. Covered and secured parking is also included, which is a rare find in Waikiki!

Because a previous guest may check out of the condo on the day of your arrival, the only way to guarantee an early check-in is if you reserve the condo for an additional day. Likewise, we do our best to accommodate late check-out requests, but because the next guest may check in on the day of your departure, we cannot guarantee a late check-out unless you reserve the condo for an additional day.
GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware as part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal.
As a company using API-connected software, we will charging a non-refundable $79 on your credit card through a secure third-party payment portal. This is for Accidental Damage Protection Program that covers you for up to $1500 in accidental damage to the property during your confirmed rental period.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
All guests must agree to our terms of service. By confirming the reservation, you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. (Note: We do require our primary guests to be at least 25 years old.)
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
