Perfect home for bride’s family during wedding weekend. Ample space, and the configuration of the multiple bedrooms is amazing. Host answers super quickly, and help is just a text away! Thank you, Cody! Beds are very comfortable and the sheets are heavenly! We loved staying here!
It was a big week, moving our son into TU 13 hours away from home. The property allowed us to spend quality time as a family, and made an emotional week so much more enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here…as we will again on a future visit to Tulsa.
We loved staying here. The property is well cared for, the layout is great, and most importantly the location is ideal. We walked 2 blocks to the outdoor shopping center Utica Square. The neighborhood is safe and nice. The beds are comfortable. We will stay here again!

Great house!
There were a few hiccups, but overall the house is a great space to stay for a family. It is in a nice area of Tulsa. The pool is small, but very nice.
My daughters and the their families and I stayed here for a long weekend to visit family. This home has some amazing spaces for everyone to work and play. Check in and check out was easy and instructions were clear. We will come back again!
With four children, one adult and two seniors, the room arrangement was ideal. Large seating areas on both floors allowed easy opportunity for togetherness. The bedroom layout allowed plenty of separation when togetherness needed a break!
The house and grounds are amaZing. The pool was initially cluttered and cold(because rain), but was quickly cleaned and the instructions about heating made all the difference. Every room was unique and utterly comfortable. We will becoming back in two years for the same.
This is a Dreamhouse, beautifully Accommodating for a large family, couples traveling together, or a group of friends. The home Had everything we needed, and the kitchen was so dang cute. We wanted to cook, even though we hadn’t planned on it. Highly recommend.
Fabulous stay, great location, and a hot tub/pool!
This house is great for a large group/family who would like a place to congregate. The spaces are welcoming, the back patio/pool is perfect and the home is two blocks from Utica Square. We couldn't have been happier. Also, the owner's provide excellent communication. We'll stay here again if and when we need to come to Tulsa again as a large group.
We had an amazing opportunity to reconnect and celebrate a retirement, a birthday, and many years of friendship. The home and furnishings facilitated great dining and conversation indoors and out. The beds were comfy, 4 baths were ideal, and we made another great memory together. Thanks so much for having us!
I cannot say enough good things about this house. It had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend with high school girlfriends of over 50 years. The patio area was perfect and we fit all of us around the large dining table for dinners. Cody was great in communicating before our trip and during. We hope to return next year and stay in the same place.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Check in process was so easy check out process was extremely easy. The house was gorgeous and great space for our family to enjoy the Easter weekend! We had people in and out all weekend and had enough space to spread out and not be on top of everyone! The kids and adults alike absolutely loved the pool! Property manager checked on us and answered promptly when we had questions or concerns on what to do. Will definitely keep this as a place to stay when we are in Tulsa.
***Renter BEWARE****. This property is not accurately depicted by picture nor prior reviews. We are frequent VRBO guests with a strong history of positive stays, and have never experienced anything like this property (photos to prove). We were hosting 8 close family members for our son's wedding, but the condition (of the home) was so poor we immediately vacated. Positive note: We were fortunate to find alternate accommodations for the remainder of the stay. The home was uninhabitable - dirty, poorly maintained & in clear disrepair. It was communicated the day before arrival the refrigerator was not working - that we could use 2 college sized fridges instead (for 8 people, 4 days). When asked, no workable alternative was provided. Other issues included: The bathtub had no enamel, the ceiling in the main area had been leaking down the wall and was falling in, cabinet doors were falling off or crudely fixed with much caulk, a dining room chair was broken and filthy and the dining room chandelier had one working lightbulb. As disappointing as the situation was, it became comical with each room we entered. We also noticed a 'for sale' sign in the yard. For kicks we researched the price and noticed the listing had recently been reduced.. which aligns with its neglected condition. Net it out We would hate to see another family be sold a bill of goods with this property as there are many nearby that are in amazing condition & not misrepresented.

We have 98 excellent reviews from very happy guests. That number speaks for itself. We believe this guest was acting in bad faith. We think he found a different house to rent and wanted to get a refund by claiming our house was uninhabitable. He sent me his first complaint message exactly three minutes after he unlocked the front door for the first time. His aggression was very strange. The house is nearly 100 years old, of course the cabinet doors aren't perfectly aligned and the old cast iron bath tub has lost some enamel. That's part of the charm that people love. The guests immediately before and after him had no problems and both gave us 5 stars.
