Surrounded by beautiful land and trees on top of the mountain; this is the place of serenity and peace you're looking for to getaway and relax. We're 5 minutes from the city & 15 minutes from Coopers Park!! *We have 3 cabins on the grounds for couples available as well.

Wonderful place!

Stayed here with a group of baseball families. Everything was great! The owner is very responsive. Awesome place to hang out, play games, BBQ...!

Cooperstown All-Stars Perfection!

We stayed here while our kids were playing at Cooperstown All Stars...it was perfect! Very close-by and convenient to stores and the fields. We wanted to bring the (*small) pup and boy am I glad I did. This place is perfect. Secluded, huge, extremely well-stocked and clean. The beds are many and the house has everything we need to stay comfortably. The cabins were not yet set up, so that is going to be even better when they are This place is great!

Return to College

Rock Retreat was exactly what we expected, close to Oneonta, 15 minute drive. The rural location on top of Franklin Mountain gave us privacy and comfort. The amenities provided were sufficient with only a couple of minor issues that did not hinder our stay. Gina, our property manager was great and assisted us with anything we had a question about. If you are looking for peace and serenity, Rock Retreat is the place to be. Know that the driveway is an inclined gravel road navigable by any vehicle.
