Just a short drive, under 10 minutes to All-Star Village, and even less to downtown Oneonta, this house is centrally located to all that the great City of Oneonta has to offer.

This home has recently been renovated throughout, with modern decor and updated appliances, you will have all the comforts of home. As you enter you'll find a very tranquil sumroom, great for quiet mornings and coffee. Inside the home, there are plenty of spaces for your group to spread out, even a dedicated desk space is your have "work from home". A comfortable living room with an adjacent bar area is perfect for relaxing after a long day out and about. The large kitchen with eat-in area and spacious dining room are great for getting your group together for meals. The 1st floor has a full bathroom with tub/shower and a laundry area just around the corner. Enjoy the backyard with a covered 1st-floor porch, gas grill, and outdoor dining.

The 2nd floor has all 3 queen bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower. There is a bonus room with love seat for lounging and a SmartTV as well as access to the covered 2nd floor porch. This space is perfect for hanging out in the evening or lounging during the heat of the day.

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The house had everything we needed and was perfect for our week-long tournament. It was super close to the fields, grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants, which made things really convenient. The location couldn’t have been better — highly recommend for anyone coming in for baseball or just looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

We had a great time. The house was clean and as advertised. It’s 7 minutes from All Star Village and even shorter to Main Street which has a bunch of restaurant options. We were very happy with this property!

Beautiful place! So close to ASV

If you are going to Allstar Village for your Cooperstown experience this house is perfect! The home is fully updated with a huge kitchen plus a bar area, washer and dryer, 2 decks to sit outside while covered. Nice size yard with a BBQ and all the BBQ essentials. You are less than 10 minutes to ASV and very close to Food and Restaurants. I could not be happier with our stay and highly recommend boking this house for 1 family or multiple families.
