The house has everything you could need for a weekend at the river because it’s our vacation home too. That's why it feels more like a home than an Airbnb. It's near the water on a quiet street, close to 3 launch ramps, beaches and off-roading trails. Large driveway with plenty of parking for RV, boat & pwc. Enjoy the coffee bar w/snacks. The house stays cool with central A/C, solar screens, & blackout blinds. Your pet will love the doggy door. Nearby marinas - Needles, Jack Smith or Avi Casino. short drive to Lake Mohave, Lake Havasu or Casinos. guest don't have access to Willow Valley Marina and Beach - pls email.
