Looking for the comfort of living in a quiet and beautiful house when vacationing in Orlando? You will love our 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms single family house, perfectly located in Reunion Resort, a world-class gated resort just miles away from Orlando's theme parks but with plenty of fun things to do within.

Nestled between a beautiful golf course fairway in the front (with a gorgeous golf course view) and a nature preserve area in the rear, you will find plenty of privacy and tranquility at our house, dipping in our backyard pool, or sunbathing on the poolside chairs. Inside the house, you will enjoy the home-away-from-home comfort of a full kitchen, washer/dryer, wireless internet, smart TV, A/C, and many other amenities. You will especially love our newly upgraded stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, electric range oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has microwave, coffee maker, toaster, garbage disposal -- and plenty of utensils and cookwares.

For sleeping arrangement, there is one bedroom suite conveniently located on the first floor. On the second floor, you will find another bedroom suite (with a spacious jacuzzi), plus two more bedrooms. In total, there are 5 beds among the 4 bedrooms, with a TV in each bedroom. There is also a desk on each floor, in case you need to take care of some business.

The Reunion Resort has wide range of fun activities that are great for guests of all ages, including golf, mini-golf, tennis, pickleball, water park, ping pong, volleyball, and guests can even rent a golf cart to drive around. There are community swimming pools with hot tubs throughout the resort, some within walking distance from our house. For the active guests, there is a state-of-the-art fitness center and scenic paths for running and biking. If you want the convenience of dining within the resort, Reunion has several highly rated restaurants.

If you plan to visit the theme parks, you will love the convenient location of our house. It is about 10 miles from Disney's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios, and also close to the other great Orlando theme parks and the endless choices of international cuisines. Fancy a day trip? Tampa, St. Petersburg, Daytona Beach, Siesta Keys, Cape Canaveral are just some of the ideas.

Reunion summer stay

House was clean and comfortable for our month-long stay in June. I love the location within Reunion. The owner and Reunion mgmt were both helpful and responsive when needed. I would stay here again. Notes for longer stays: the kitchen pantry is locked out as an owners closet, which limits food storage. We used a baking rack/shelves in the dining room as a makeshift pantry. The owner requested a utility deposit but there’s no transparency and no way for me to tell which part of the electricity/water bill was on us vs other renters. I got the entire deposit back, but made me nervous nonetheless.

As two empty-nesters living in the northeast US, we love coming down to our beautiful Orlando house for part of the each winter. We both enjoy staying active, and love being able to do running, biking, swimming, golfing, tennis, pickleball, and so on, all within Reunion Resort. We love to travel, whether it is to a beach, a national park, or a great city with great food. We also love great food and wine, and our newly upgraded kitchen plus outdoor grill makes it really fun to cook and entertain friends.

When we are not spending time in Orlando, we like to share the wonderful vacation living lifestyle with others by being a vrbo host. It's a great feeling to hear guests telling us "you have a gorgeous place" when they first check in, or "we had such a great time" when they check out.

Why they chose this property

Reunion is such a great place to enjoy vacation living lifestyle. Every time we come here, it's almost a struggle to fit all the fun things we'd like to do into our calendar: golf, tennis, pickleball, running, biking, swimming, day trips, dining -- the list goes on and on.

As a gated resort, it is also very safe, with 24-hour security. We love going to community pools and hot tubs in the evenings -- it's fun chatting with folks who come here from all over the world.

When our kids were younger, we came here every year to visit the theme parks, which are short driving away. While we don't do that much any more, we love the dining experience here, both within Reunion and in Orlando (which has excellent international cuisine, but we especially like the southern as well as Latin cuisine here).

Last but definitely not the least, we chose this neighborhood because of the weather. What more is there to say about the weather?

What makes this property unique

Our property is a single family house located in a great resort. It's one of the very few properties in Reunion with a golf course view in the front, a nature preserve in the back, and an empty lot on one side. It is a very peaceful and quiet oasis.

The property has a private backyard that the guest can enjoy, or they can use one of the several community pool very close by.

We also very recently upgraded the kitchen with many stainless steel appliances.

Around the area, there is something for every type of guests -- peace and quiet at the house, all types of activities within Reunion, and about 10 miles from Disney World theme parks.
