Amazing Ocean-View Townhome on the North End of Cape San Blas.


Mother Mother Ocean is located in the popular Seacliffs gated community. This 4 bedroom/4.5 bath home is just steps from the sand and perfect for your family getaway! Lots of room and all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation, just bring your family and friends and stretch out and enjoy! You will love everything this home has to offer.


A private elevator stops on each floor, so there's no need to struggle with hauling luggage or groceries up the stairs.


As you enter on the ground floor, you have your laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer.
On the first floor, you have two bedrooms. There is a king bedroom, with a private balcony with gulf views, and a bunk room that sleeps four. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. The second floor has two additional bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom as well.
The top floor features the living room, dining room, kitchen, and 1/2 bath. The open floor plan is great for large groups. Enjoy direct ocean views from the living room window as well as off the balcony. When it’s time to come in from the beach, enjoy a great selection of puzzles and games too!


A gas grill and shrimp boil burner is provided for your convenience as well as beach games like bocce ball and cornhole!

This unit is dog-friendly (maximum 2 small dogs), smoke free and will sleep 10 comfortably.

The property managers did a great job of communicating and made our checkin very easy and quick. The property itself was pretty great! The only thing we would change is, we wish we had known the pool was going to be closed for renovations our entire stay. We have two little kids who get overstimulated by sand all day everyday and were really looking forward to being able to swim and get away from the beach while still enjoying the sun and staying cooled off.

There is an elevator also, it does open in bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd floors. There is a view of the water on the top deck and also from the side living room window. The highlight for the grandkids was the playground! Its a little tight parking in driveway, its a bit narrow. The hot water tank was replaced while we were there however it was quick and we never had an issue with hot water. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

The rental has spacious private areas, and a common area large enough for all family members to enjoy at the same time. The unit is just a short walk to the beach, and has an ocean view from the main balcony. We would recommend that the mattresses on both of the king size beds be replaced with mattresses that provide more support. Coastal Joe's staff were a pleasure to work with. They were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We would consider renting this unit again in the future.

We have stayed in other townhomes in this neighborhood and find them all structured the same, but this view was awesome! You could see the ocean from the living room bay window. The pool was sparkling clean and there is a bathroom at the pool deck so you could run in from the beach and not have to go up the stairs. We arrived after a bad storm and a transformer blew, so our elevator didn't work for most of the time we were there. They were attentive and sent someone but it really was just a weather issue. I will say, if you have orthopedic issues or small kids the stairs will not be friendly to you because it is quite steep. We loved all the different porches and the townhouse felt private and quiet. We would definitely stay here again

Beds are nice and comfy. Kitchen is large and stocked well. Only concern was the elevator. Could use some updating and had some issues. However, the management staff was quick to respond. I highly recommend Costal Joe Vacation Rentals for your next vacation.
