2 BR condo in heart of LoDo with great amenities

Sleek and spacious 2 BR, 1 bath condo in heart of downtown Denver. Wall to ceiling windows with view of Union Station and Coors Field. Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, mounted Smart TV, and office space with desk/chair. Common areas include huge patio with grills, a gym, community room with pool table, and a bball/tennis court. 5 minute walk to Union Station, Coors Field, RiNo (best craft beer hood in US) and 16th St. Mall/Capital. Covered/secure parking available if needed.
The space
Building amenities include gym, tennis court, basketball court, racquetball court, running track around outside of building, huge outdoor patio with grills and community center with billiards and shuffleboard tables, plus doorman with security.
Guest access
You'll have access to all of the building's amenities except the pool and hot tub which are currently being renovated. Also, depending on when your stay is, you can either park in my covered reserved parking spot or use our covered guest parking for 24-48 hours. Please inquire for further detail if you plan on having a car.
Other things to note
Please read and agree to the House Rules before booking. Otherwise your reservation might be cancelled and/or you may be fined if you don’t follow the House Rules. Also Denver law requires that in order to Airbnb it must be your primary residence meaning the owner must live there at least 6 months a year. Thus, while guests will have plenty of closet and drawer space, the owner’s personal possessions (clothing, tactful pictures/photos) will be there as well. If this makes you uncomfortable you should probably book elsewhere though this will also be the same with pretty much every Airbnb in Denver.

This condo in LoDo was the perfect location for my son and I when we came to Denver for a concert at Mile High. It felt close to everything, and while we didn’t have a lot of time, we were able to do a short drive up to Lookout Mountain and visit Golden before our concert. This condo is a great size and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. It is a bit of an older building, so there are quirks about it, but David made it so easy to park, access the unit and was great with communication. The doorman who greeted us was fantastic and made us feel incredibly welcomed. There is so much to do within walking distance that we just didn’t have time to get to, but I would stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality, David!

Awesome LoDo Condo

Fantastic property! The most powerful shower I've ever had :). Very clean and beds were extra comfortable. Gym and community spaces are excellent. So many awesome places within walking distance! Coors Field is just two blocks away, not to mention all the local breweries along the way. David has excellent communication skills, always responded within an hour of any questions, an excellent host! If you're looking for a great place to stay in Denver we highly recommend this property!

Nice condo in a great location

Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a week-long Colorado trip with my wife and 2 daughters. Compared to hotels - this was a great way to let my family have a little more space at a better price. David was super pro-active with the communications before and during our stay. The parking spot was nice, since we had a rental still. But once we were in the condo - there was alot in either walking distance, or we did short UBERs. Never had to leave the garage with the car. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a nice location for a few days in lower downtown Devner.

Great spot, well located and as described

Great spot for 2 couples or a family in a great area of Denver. This was a perfect home base for us as we visited Denver for the first time. We walked to Coors Feild for a game and took advantage of the many great restaurants and night life in the area. It’s an older style condo but comfortable and well maintained. The building staff were friendly and the second floor terrace and games room were great hang out spots. It was easy to grab ubers out front to reach our further adventures.(Red Rocks was incredible!!) David the host was communicative and accommodating. The place had character and showed off his obvious love of travel! Thanks for having us!
