We purchased the property in 2013 and have been working on restoring (and enjoying) it ever since!

What makes this property unique

It's one of the more recognizable and unique lakefront properties on Sebago Lake! Don't come for the luxury (there is no AC!), but come for the Maine lake experience - the beach, the water, the lawn, the decks, the docks, and a dining room that can seat 18 people. The house was built for generational vacations and fun.
