You'll be right at the base of Mt. Ascutney when you escape to this inviting, two-story condo in Brownsville. This is a place to spend your days skiing, tubing, hiking, and mountain biking - all within a few steps of your door.

This condo is wonderfully located at the foot of Ascutney Outdoors, a decades-old mountain resort with an 1,800-foot Doppelmayr T-bar that serves eight trails across 26 skiable acres. Just five miles down the road, find great camping spots and breathtaking summit views in Mt. Ascutney State Park. You'll also be within 30 miles of Vermont's Okemo Mountain Resort, Ski Quechee, and Saskadena Six and New Hampshire's Whaleback Mountain and Mount Sunapee. The ski resorts of Killington, Pico Mountain, Bromley Mountain, and Magic Mountain are all within 42 miles as well. And don’t forget to visit the many covered bridges and scenic woods along the Connecticut River!

After a day of outdoor adventures, come home to be greeted by a well-appointed living space with every familiar comfort. On summer afternoons, linger outside and sip cold drinks on the shaded balcony. In winter, add a few logs to the fireplace and curl up in the living room with a favorite movie playing on the smart TV (with both cable and streaming capability via Roku).

The rest of the condo is cozy and comfortable, offering an open kitchen with every essential, a dining space for family meals and after-dinner board games, and both an upstairs living room and a downstairs den - each with a smart TV and Roku. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi.

Looking to explore? Visit the local favorite shopping and dining establishments. Woodstock is a Norman Rockwell-esque village with beautiful historic homes and a vibrant downtown with shops and restaurants just a short drive from the condo. Quechee Gorge Village boasts great antique shopping and accessories for home, bath, and body. Hanover, New Hampshire (the home of Dartmouth College) also has a downtown district full of specialty stores, restaurants, and bars. If you’re looking for grocery and big box stores, look no further than Windsor, Lebanon, and Claremont.
