Fantastic Vacation Home!

This home has it all- fun pool, screened porch, sun deck, comfortable seating inside and out. Beds are comfortable and linens are soft. They have everything you could need to cook great meals and enjoy time with family. Easy to get to UTampa, stadiums, downtown, museums and beaches. The view of the river is serene. Owner is kind and responds to any questions very quickly. Highly reccomend this property!

Great Place

The location was great close to the Zoo and other attractions for the grandkids. The house was very nice and had a great riverfront location. The weather was good. Would certainly go back again.

Great property with excellent outdoor space/views

We loved our stay at this house. The indoor space is nice - great kitchen/dining area and the bedrooms are a good size. But it's the outdoor space that wins over all - we spent most of our time on the screened-in deck and at the tiki bar, enjoying the river view with birds and dolphins keeping us entertained. Everything very clean, kitchen had plenty of supplies like paper towels, coffee pods and filters, foil, etc. The host also left 2 bottles of wine - thank you!

Tampa Training

Wonderful waterfront location tucked away for privacy. Plenty of room to spread out. We were able to hold meetings while still having individual privacy. easy access to downtown Tampa and surrounding areas. Having the kitchen was a plus, especially that we could cook for a nice size group. Cook or order in and enjoy the view. Very Clean
