This South Fork home is newly remodeled with all new amenities. It has a private fenced backyard with a hot tub and grill. It is located 1 mile from the Byington boat dock , 3 miles from Heise Hot Springs and Kelly Canyon. 5 miles to Ririe Reservoir and quick access to Hwy 26 leading to Jackson Hole. A quick 25-30 minute scenic route to Rexburg/BYU Idaho, or another direction is 25-30 minutes into Idaho Falls. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. All 3 bedrooms are in the basement.

My husband and I enjoy traveling and seeing places in the world. We have chosen some of our favorite places to share our vacation rentals.

Why they chose this property

This is a great area for a vacation rental spot. It is on a quiet road leading to the known area and resort destination of Heise Hot Springs. We are only 2 miles across the river from Heise Hot Springs which offers swimming, golfing, zip lining, a pizza parlor, picnic areas, mini golf etc. It also is close to Kelly Canyon which offers many miles of adventure on snow mobils, hiking, motor biking, camping etc.
It is located in the middle of many other places to visit. It is close to Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Rigby, and Swan Valley. Palisades Lake and Ririe Reservoir are popular lakes to enjoy. Travel a bit further and you are in Jackson Hole or West Yellowstone.

What makes this property unique

Our home sleeps 12. The upstairs level is a kitchen/living room open concept great for family activities.
