Located in the historic Sugarbush Village, it’s a quick walk up to the Out to Lunch Trail, where you can strap on your skis and head over to the Village Chair. From the top of the Village Chair, ski straight to the Gatehouse and Super Bravo chairlifts. Other amenities like restaurants, a ski shop, and chair lifts are a short walk away. If you’re looking for a day off the slopes, visit the Sugarbush Health and Recreation Center, which offers a gym, indoor/outdoor pool, racquetball court, indoor/outdoor tennis court, rock climbing gym, steam room, and sauna for a small daily fee. Warm-weather visitors will love the easy access to abundant mountain biking opportunities and the on-site community pool.

At the condo itself, you’ll find an open floor plan featuring new furniture and a fully remodeled, well-equipped kitchen, including new appliances, granite countertops, solid-wood cabinets, and all the cookware and gadgetry you need to whip up a feast. Grab a bite to eat at the breakfast bar or dining table before heading out to hit the slopes. More wintertime perks include a boot dryer, boot trays, glove racks, and a private outdoor locker to stash your gear.

Spend evenings relaxing at home in front of the propane fireplace while you watch some TV, play a board game, or use the free high-speed WiFi to scroll social media. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
