Cozy GlenWillow Farmhouse by the Cardinal Stadium

Glenwillow, originally a Farmhouse back when it was built in 1912, now fast forward a century later and step into a cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom manicured historical gem! The Glenwillow is centrally located just a 5 minute drive to the Cardinal Stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District. Enjoy the spacious backyard, have a tasty barbecue, play some corn-hole or simply kick off your shoes, turn on the fire-pit and lounge. This home is in the center of it all and has a country charm! Home is very close to the 101 freeway which connects to all the major highways in Phoenix Metro. This property is ideal for small and medium size groups. We have enough beds to sleep 7 comfortably. There is ample free parking on property. For larger families with RV's we also allow RV parking for an additional fee. This home is ideal for events held in at the State Farm Stadium (Cardinals Home Stadium), Desert Diamond Arena (formerly the Coyote Hokey Home Stadium), Desert Diamond Casino and the Ak-Chin Pavilion.

Everyone has to have rules, right! Thank you for your interest in staying at the Glenwillow Farmhouse. There is also no smoking or vaping inside home, we ask if you do smoke outside to please dispose of your cigarette buds. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00am. At these times there is no loud music of any kind. Also we have a strict "NO" gathering or parties rule. The only guests that are allowed on the property are the guests that make the reservation. We understand that at times our guests will want some visitors to visit the property this can be arranged prior to your stay with us on a case by case scenario. We have a large lot so we do allow our guest to reserve a space for their RV for a fee. Contact us for details.

Oh one last rule, no adults on the top bunk, that may be dangerous and kids under 10.
