Property was well appointed, clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. The back yard is great. Wish we had more time to enjoy it.

The host did a great job. The place was lovely and convenient to UNCW.VRBO made it frustrating. It did not recognize me so messages from my host did not come to my email or my phone. Finally after many calls and messages to VRBO some representative from VRBO sent me the door code.No host messages

Perfect place!

We so enjoyed this adorable home and the backyard was an added plus that most rental homes don’t have! It was perfect for our family and so close to everything. Wonderful communication with the hosts, too. Will definitely try to stay again in the future!

Great location!

Enjoyed our time in Wilmington! The home has a great location - it's not far to the beach or downtown. Really enjoyed the beautiful backyard area with the kids! The home had everything we needed. We also appreciated that we were given a later check out time with small children - so helpful!

Nice place to stay near UNCW and downtown

We enjoyed our stay. It was move-in weekend at UNCW, so we were super busy and didn’t get to spend much time at the house. We look forward to staying again in the future so we can enjoy it more! Everything was very clean and we appreciated the welcome basket of goodies.
