Newly renovated ground level one bedroom with 1 bath condo located at the heart of Birch Bay at Jacob landings. Updated granite counter tops, new flooring, newly painted, standard appliances and fully furnished furniture. This unit also provides stocked kitchen with basic species. Available fast internet with basic cables. One Queen size bed and queen size murphy bed in living room. Patio includes BBQ grill with patio table & chair and of course with water view!!! amenities includes: indoor pool, hot tub, racquetball court, ping pong, and outdoor basket ball hoop and tennis court. Great area!

I’m from Washington but live in Los Angeles. My favorite place to come back to is Birch Bay. This rental is in the perfect location. Walking distance from the water, coffee shops, restaurants, a brewery…this place is super cute and super clean. I’d definitely rent here again. My only concern was that the app says check out is 11am and the instruction folder in the rental says 10am so I left at before 10 to be safe. But I recommend booking here! You’ll love it!

Work Trip

Familiar with Jacob's landing but had not stayed in this unit before. A nice location at the rear corner of the property, clean, with a well-stocked kitchen and bath. Thank you for your hospitality and prompt communication.

We loved this condo! It had everything we needed and then some. Both beds were very comfortable. Be sure to check out the grocery supplies before shopping! Most condiments are not needed! The condo was close to the water, had friendly neighbors, and a black squirrel! Only 1 in 10,000 of those! He was very entertaining! ;)

Sea Breeze- Birch Bay September Get-Away

The property is perfect for couples. It has recently been remodeled and shows very well! Avaneet and Deep are awesome hosts! Avaneet was extremely responsive throughout our booking process and when we arrived. The internet is outstanding and lots of TV options. The deck/living room faces towards the bay so sunsets are amazing! We had a great time visiting this area of the pacific northwest and this property is neat, clean and perfect for couples! Thank you again, Avaneet and Deep for being terrific hosts/managers!

Sea Breeze

We love Jacob's Landing. It is close to the beach and to all of the activities in the area. We love the pool and the clubhouse. A little more parking and room to turn around would be nice. The Condo was comfortable and had lots of great ammenities.
