Enjoy a HUGE private balcony, seasonal beach chair service, and family-friendly extras (kid items, beach gear, fully stocked kitchen). Resort amenities include 2 pools (1 heated), hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym, grills, and no-stairs beach access. Close to Pier Park, dining, groceries, and 30A.

This condo is located in West Panama City Beach, FL - Only 5 Min to Pier Park, 10 Min to Scenic 30A, Less Than a Mile to Winn Dixie, 18 Min to Airport, and Seafood is Directly Across the Street! Convenient to Shopping, Restaurants, Groceries, and Activities!
2 pools (one of which is heated seasonally), large hot tub, grill area, steam room, fitness center, and sauna!

Keyless Entry - Your Code is Only Good For Your Stay & Expires Upon Departure. You Will Receive Your Code 24 Hrs Prior to Arrival.

You Can Walk to Seafood but Having A Car is the Best Way to Get Around. Guests Can Park in the Parking Garage Across the Street and Cross the Pedestrian Bridge. The guest parking garage is 7.5 Ft tall and there is additional parking behind the garage to accamodate trailers and larger vehicles. *We Do Pay For The Armbands and One Vehicle Parking Fee For Our Guests But If You Bring Two Vehicles, The Second Vehicle Will Be A $40 Charge.

Host pays for one parking pass and 6 armbands which will be left on the counter in the condo.
If guest has a 2nd vehicle, guest will pay the office staff $40.00 for an additional parking pass at the office on the 4th floor. Guest must park in the garage across from the building. There is a pedestrian bridge or crosswalk to access the parking garage.

Security enforces use of the armbands as well as no drinks near the pools or hot tub.
Bathing attire: The HOA asks that you wear appropriate suits to keep their family atmosphere. Please let us know if you have questions regarding this.
If you are traveling with children, we kindly ask that they eat only at the bar or dining room table to prevent damage & stains.

This place is perfect! The decoration and views are amazing! The heated pool and sauna and beach location with beach service was amazing! We saw dolphins playing from the balcony!!! The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen is stocked and beach closet is stocked! There is a little bit of walk from parking garage, but everything else is so close! The food recommendations were great! Such a beautiful place and we didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

This condo is absolutely stunning! Beautifully renovated and decorated in light and airy colors. The balcony has amazing 180-degree views!! And the “extras” provided by the owner were such a nice addition…beach umbrella and lots of nice beach chairs, extra beach towels and so many more generous and thoughtful necessary beach items to use! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to eat in…even chip clips! Awesome! Lisa was very responsive to messages whenever we had questions or needs. We were blown away by this property and will definitely be back!

Perfection!

This was our second time staying at Lisa's beautiful beach condo, and once again, it was absolutely perfect! The condo is spotless, comfortable, and well-stocked! Our favorite thing to do is relax on the huge balcony and watch the sunsets. Awesome vacation getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at “Little Piece of Paradise. “ This condo has all the amenities a family needs to have a great beach vacation. You literally don’t need to bring anything except your clothes and some extra toiletries. The location is on the quieter west end of PCB and it’s very close to entertainment, shopping, and dining. The interior of this condo is uplifting and super clean. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

It's Really a Little Piece of Paradise

This was such a great place gor a relaxing get away. The condo was decorated so cute, offered so many extras and the view was breathtaking. Beautiful condo with an amazing view!

Condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our week’s stay. Plenty of bathroom towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc. Very well stocked kitchen that will have everything you need for preparing meals. My husband and I have stayed in many beachfront condos and I have to say this is by far the best one that supplied everything we needed for our week’s stay. Lisa thought of everything. Our favorite place was hanging out on the large balcony. Comfortable furniture and the view was beautiful!!

Immaculate Place

We loved everything about our stay at A Little Piece of Paradise! The balcony was our favorite area when not on the beach. We love the space and furniture on the balcony, this is one of the things we look for when we book our reservations. The view was perfect! The inside was nice and we had plenty of room for everyone. All of the beach accessories were very handy. We loved being on the end of the floor with little to no traffic outside of our room. Lisa was very helpful when needed. We plan to return again!

This is a beautiful condo. We would have given it a 10 if we could. Condo is spotless and has all the conveniences of home. Great for a family or friends vacation. The pool is the warmest in the winter months we have found. We have been coming to Panama for over 20 years. This has been our favorite.
