Beach front home offers priceless Bahamas ocean views, steps away to your private beach with white sand, gentle surf and dock. Explore the many natural wonders of the Bahamas. Enjoy World Class Bone Fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding and scuba. You will encounter sea turtles, herons, eagle rays, variety of amazing fish and Courage the bays potcake. Take a walk on the beach and collect beautiful sea shells or cast a line and catch a fish. Take a day trip and drive to the numerous Blue Holes on the island and stop at the various Mom & Pop restaurants. Relax under the covered hammock hut, read a book or simply relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. At the end of the day, you can have a chef cook for you or enjoy cooking at home or outdoor grill. There is indoor and outdoor dining, a large deck to enjoy and watch the sunset while having a drink. This Oasis offers everyone a unique piece of heaven and a moment to create wonderful memories! We offer a shallow dock/pier that allows for loading/unloading at mid to high tide for boats from 18 to 40 feet with drafts up to 3’. As tide lowers, you can move to the mooring or anchor out in our bay.

Phil & I have been traveling to the Bahamas for decades and have spent most of our time enjoying the water. We fell in love instantly with Andros because of its low key vibe, pristine beaches, friendly people and a house that is only a few steps from the water. This is our paradise and we wanted to share this experience for those who want to enjoy it. Andros is the best kept secret.

Why they chose this property

Our property is uniquely located to shallow water for Bone Fishing, 20 miles is the tongue of the ocean for deep sea fishing and two miles away are the Golden Keys which has beautiful reefs to spend the day snorkeling. Blue Holes are all over the island and a must see when you visit. The Joulter Keys are a 20 minute boat ride but have the incredible blue ocean and sand bar you would see in the Exumas. Snorkeling in our bay you will see mana rays, sea turles, numerous fish, starfish and beautiful shells. Our beach is secluded with only a few houses on the bay. This location is only a short flight to Nassau if you wanted to spend a day at the city. The locals are so friendly and one always feels at home. The pristine beaches and "mom and pop" feel of the island is what we love.

What makes this property unique

Our property is the only one with an "open concept space" and large deck that provides more room after a fun day at the beach. We are the only ones with a dock where you can fish or watch for sea animals, enjoy our hammock hut and soon our observation deck will be completed early spring. We have more paddle boards and kayaks so your whole family can enjoy the water together. We have Star Link internet. Which we've used for Zoom business calls and have had no problems.
Our beach is private with only a few houses located on the bay.
