One lot from dunes and private beach, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths newly redone, wall to wall carpeting, central air and heat, LCD TV/Monitor, Cable TV, DVD, New Modern well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast bar, dining room table seats six, living room seats seven, screened-in deck furnished for eating and relaxing, water view from deck, one bedroom double bed, two other bedrooms have twin beds, washer and dryer provided, parking and grill, decorated in light colors, enclosed outdoor showers, half bath at ground level when at beach, convenient location to village of Bethany Beach (1.5 mi.), Ocean City (12 mi.), and Rehoboth (3 mi.). No main streets to cross to beach. Residential family area and playground, no high rises, low density. Thorough Spring cleaning done yearly. This is a condo in a four unit building. Professional cleaned before and after every tenant. Next to Delaware Seashore Park. Sea food Restaurant is walking distance. Contract in writing.

Amenities: Central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone, washer and dryer, coffee maker, cooking utensils, microwave, DVD player, cable TV, barbecue. We now have internet access with wi fi.

Dwelling is equipped with two smoke detectors and two fire extinguishers. No open flames allowed.

Amazing location! So close to the beach!!

Loved being so close to the beach! We'd go out 3-4 times a day, it's so close and so easy, no need to stay at the beach all day. Super convenient! Neighbors are super nice, friendly, quiet - great place for a family. We had a blast, thanks so much!

Perfect Location for a Relaxing Beach Getaway

This place was perfect for us, the beach was only steps away. We loved having the screened-in porch, and a kitchen and family room to just sit back and enjoy some family time. The Host communicated with us well and everything was clean and well-cared for. The pictures on the listing are exactly what you see when you enter. Love this place, and hope to stay there again in the future.

Pretty good space, great location

Location is good as you can walk to beach and Matt's Fish Camp is a quick walk away. Apartment is on Third floor and walking up stairs is only way to get there. Lots of folks stay there, and you can see into everyone's screened in porches on walk up and down 3 floors. Outside needs cleaning and painting. Furniture and carpet could use update. Need to use a lockbox with combination every time you go out or come in, which is inconvenient. Beds not bad, but you need to bring all your own bedding and towels which is inconvenient. One towel rack was broken. Otherwise, not a bad place at all. Outdoor screened in porch not bad, but needs work. One outdoor shower is in pretty good condition, but needs routine cleaning. Other one not so good. Didn't use laundry facilities outside so don't know about them. Would recommend but needs some work in our opinion. Property manager was very nice and easy to work with.

Great Place, But…

This is a very nice, clean condo at a great location. The kitchen and living areas were nice with all pots, pans, utensils, etc. Everything in the apartment worked well (except for one of the ceiling fans which rattled and a towel bar that fell off the wall). The beach is 1-2 minutes away with no heavy traffic roads to cross. The house common area, laundry, and outdoor showers were also great to have. However, some aspects of this stay were difficult compared to many other rentals we have stayed at. Guests must bring their own towels, sheets and pillowcases. Guests must also bring their own trash bags (the first place we’ve ever stayed where this is the case), and you don’t find out about this until after you’ve arrived. At checkout guests are asked to make beds, clean and out away dishes and remove all trash, some of which we have had to do before but never all of it. Owner and local property manager communication is spotty and not very responsive. Wifi service was not good and streaming did not work well on the TVs or our devices. The keys are mailed to you and you must mail them back. All of these things are minor inconveniences but they add up. So we may return to Bethany Beach but if we do, it will most likely be at a different property. Hopefully the owner reconsiders some of these policies/practices for future guests.
