About this property

This house is a home: your vacation home. With a solid nod and smile to nature and the natural elements of South Florida, guests will find they are feeling a bit more relaxed tropical, beachy, and filled with coastal cool. The ocean breeze will sway the huge lush green leaves of the white bird of paradise and the palms. The sunshine will warm you while making the day sparkle as you lounge outside in the courtyard drinking sweet tea.
There is something for everyone: from the outdoors at the park next door to the hidden intracoastal beach to the sanctuary of the 3 extra-large bedrooms fully equipped for lounging and 2 full bathrooms.
The kitchen is an epicurean's delight, but then again with so many choices of restaurants within a few blocks to downtown East Boca Raton, the local shopping plazas or Atlantic Ave. in downtown east Delray, maybe some days you would prefer not to cook!

There are 2 ring security floodlight cameras on the property. One is by the driveway to the garage door. The other camera is for the entry way to front door and courtyard.
There are no recording devices of any kind inside the house.

Boca Raton

Although the house was neat and extremely clean, the main air conditioner was right next to the master bedroom and was so loud that we could not sleep in that room. We had to sleep in a smaller guest bedroom. The guest bathroom sink did not drain well and would fill up with water when we were brushing our teeth. The kitchen was great and the living room was spacious and comfortable.

Excellent home base

This house was clean, well appointed, and centrally located. We were visiting family, so did not use the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, split units worked well, and we had everything we needed and more. Owner is friendly and a good communicator. Fran’s fried chicken, Flakowitz bagels, and Starbucks only a block away - what more do you need???

Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to beach, town center, Publix and restaurants.

Highly recommend this gem if in Boca. Easy walk to beach and downtown Boca. Lots of restaurants and bars and breakfast options. Quiet part of town and beautiful houses to walk or run by. Great host.

In South Florida, a tropical eclectic community, there is something for all interests and ages both indoors and outdoors - from multinational finance and business tech conferences, major sports events, to yoga on the beach at sunrise or sunset, to children's art and science museums and nature centers like Gumbo Limbo.

Living in South Florida most of our lives, we have tried our best to make the most of our days mixing healthy fun with professional work lives to enjoy and appreciate what we have, and yet there are still things that we have so much more to learn, like golf!
