Great place!

Beautiful house. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was gorgeous, spacious, and very comfortable. Beautiful patio, we sat out on it most of the days watching the ducks and geese and enjoying the Arizona weather. Thank you!

Great home in very quiet neighborhood

We were in town for the Waste Management Phoenix Open. The house, host and neighborhood was great. Home was clean and huge. Neighborhood is really nice, quiet and felt very safe while walking our dog park in the morning and evenings. Appreciated the TV having cable and not ROKU or other streaming service. Only challenge was this location proved to be remote for our communicating to Scottsdale and we spent a lot of extra time driving.

This property is unique because it's in the desert but on a community lake. It's quiet, peaceful, and also has beautiful sunsets as well as views of the cacti-laden mountains

What makes this property unique

A rooftop balcony gives all beautiful views of the entire desert, including mountains, cacti, Arrowhead lake, Arizona sunrises (a great place to enjoy a coffee), and Arizona sunsets (a great place to enjoy a glass of wine). Arizona sunsets are definitely to be soaked up and treasured.
