We very much enjoyed this property. Our son lives in Phoenix. As such, we have rented several vrbo houses over the past five years. This property was clean and comfortable. When we asked for instructions to use the pontoon, the owners responded quickly. Very cool place.

House is very nice. It matches the pictures in description. Very clean, nothing broken. Beds are very comfortable. Any problems host took care of the issues. I would definitely rent again. Houses in a very nice neighborhood.

Perfect getaway!

My husband, his friend, myself, and our dog came to Phoenix for a week while they attended king air school. It was perfect to where I could enjoy the pool all day and we would have dinner together at night. Great house and Deborah was very communicative and friendly! Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Christmas time on the lake

We have family in the area so we typically rent a house in the neighborhood to be nearby for the holidays. This house was amazing. Had all the amenities that you could ever ask for plus the beautiful lake setting ..can’t wait to come back.

Exactly as described

We had a wonderful time! We enjoyed using the boat and the heated pool! My son (3) was so excited to swim at night. Deborah did amazing with communicating. We were able to relax and be on our own schedule. Really appreciate the family feel you get from this home as well. It is loved.

Amazing Glendale lakehouse

One of the most relaxing VRBO’s we have ever stayed at. The house is located on the water at Arrowhead lakes. It is a super comfy home with an awesome layout. The master is big with a luxurious soft memory foam mattress. Double shower and huge closet. The outside options are incredible. a heated pool, firepit and BBQ even has a putting green. My favorite however, was the fantastic electric pontoon boat to cruise or fish from. Deb was so easy to work with and accommodated our every need. We cant wait to return in the future.

Just what we needed

Beautiful home with an amazing view. We hosted some friends for my daughter’s birthday and we had a beautiful space to do it. Home is clean and pretty inside. The pool is very nice along with others things to do like paddle board, take the boat out, put put golf or just relax by the fire. Host was very easy to connect with and address any questions we had. Very accommodating. Enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you Deborah!

Sunshine + Baseball = Perfect Spring Break

Our family went to AZ for Spring Training baseball and sunshine! Our stay at Deborah and Mark’s “Lakeside Living” was perfect! In addition to being ideally located to the parks of our favorite teams, we also enjoyed being poolside, lakeside, and fireside at this lovely home. 💦🎣🔥 The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed to focus on family time. When the kids weren’t enjoying the heated pool, we were out cruising on the pontoon boot. In the evenings, at quiet time, the fire pit provided the perfect end to each day. We are planning on making this a Spring Break tradition!

Beautiful home and wonderful owner. Great experience at the Fiesta Bowl even though our team didn’t win because we had a gorgeous and friendly and comfy place to hang out. Hopefully we’ll be back next year. Also Jets pizza delivery is amazing and the Arrowhead grille is incredible food and impeccable service. Great local spot if you don’t want to go far.
