Enjoy this newly remodeled and 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in a centrally-located neighborhood. Just minutes away from Arcadia, Camelback, Biltmore Fashion Park, Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Tempe. It’s proximity to both the 51 and 202 freeways allows you to get to many major destinations in the Greater Phoenix Area in 20 mins or less. It's fully equipped with all your basic amenities, wi-fi, 65" TV, laundry, & a private backyard with a patio, and a private patio off the master suite.

The Space:
This 2,200sq/ft. one-story home was newly remodeled in 2021. Here is what to expect in each of the spaces:

The living room has a 65'' Smart TV to login into all your streaming services and two comfortable reclining couches.

The kitchen is fully stocked for your favorite home cooked meals. The dinning room table seats six and room for three more at the kitchen bar.

All of the bedrooms have comfortable foam mattresses and bedding. Each room will also have Smart TVs.

The backyard has a propane grill and outdoor dinning area on the patio.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona.

We are a 10 minute drive from Arcadia Lite. This area has tons of fun restaurants and bars. A few of our favorites include:

We are minutes from the 51 Freeway and the 202 Freeway.

QT is the closet gas station within walking distance of the home.

The closest grocery store is a 7 minute drive which is Frys grocery store off of Thomas Road.
There are also a Whole Foods and Trader Joes at 20th Street and Highland which is about a 6 minute drive.

Downtown Phoenix is also a hip and lively area with tons of shops, restaurants and bars as well. It is approximately a 15 minute drive from the home.

If you are here to visit the lovely Old Town Scottsdale you will be happy to know it is about a 20 minute drive from the home and a destination all in itself! It has a very large amount of things to do from amazing upscale shopping to dining to enjoying the pools and spas at some of the resorts.
