Great retreat & entertainment space! Just down the road from historical Chappell's "grist" Mill, in the quiet country setting, and only15 min. from downtown Dublin, GA. This spacious lodge has a huge porch (w/rockers) and great room, beautiful newly remodeled kitchen, fireplace, bar, laundry, and pool table w/ 5 BR & 5.5 Baths. Additional fire pit outside and cabin that sleeps 6 w/ 2 BR, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 bath and a kitchenette. All air-conditioned/heated w/T.V.'s. With all the amenities of home, you will enjoy your secluded vacation in this little piece of heaven!
Please note, there are security cameras set up on the outside of the lodge.

Plenty of room for everyone. Had 4 families there and a bunch of softball girls for a tournament. Cooking pans were limited would be my only suggestion to add to the kitchen.

Our Little piece of Heaven on our Wedding Day

We rented this place for a venue for our wedding and be able to stay close with family. It was the best decision I could have ever made. Wouldn’t have changed a thing. Totally met our expectations. We will be forever thankful to have come across this rental listing.

Youth Baseball Tournament Weekend in Dublin

Property was more than accommodating to our needs. It does sit in the country away from town but we loved that aspect of it. It is about 22 mins away from major stores and restaurants. The property was very clean and actually was more room than we expected. The property has a whole 2 bedroom 1 bath type apartment area steps from the main house with a kitchenette area. We really enjoyed the property for the 4 days we were there. Check in was smooth and they allowed us to check in early with no extra charge. 5 stars

Family Reunion

We have had our reunion here for several years and will continue to return. Family from S.C., Fl., Il. Al. & Ga. were there for the week-end. A little problem with the GPS on all of us who had Montrose, Ga. as the location but Dublin, Ga. worked for others. Sara is very nice and easy to work with. We look forward to our returning next year.

This Was Awesome!

The property was fantastic for a family reunion. The place was very spacious inside with a very large front porch. We had a family reunion picnic and there was plenty of space for parking. The huge onsite grill made cooking for about 60 people quick and easy. I would highly recommend this place. I thought the heat in August might be a problem, but the size of the lodge allowed everyone who wanted to come inside to be able to do so with the A/C. I also expected flying insects to be a problem, but they never were. Everybody that came loved the place. I highly recommend this place.
