See, sigh and stay at The Jump Inn! The rocking chair front porch opens to a spacious and open living space. Our fully stocked kitchen includes a pass thru window for easy outdoor cooking. Fill your drinks from the ice machine, and gather round the table for a night of games. After a perfect beach day, you'll sleep like a baby in our comfy, spacious bedrooms. Each room includes fresh linens, towels, hairdryers and tv's. With two separate living spaces, there's a spot for everyone! Enjoy an ice cold slice of watermelon on the covered porch overlooking the large swimming pool, or come in the late fall or winter and enjoy the pool heated. Located biking distance to Seaside or The Hub and walking distance to other restaurants, coffee and donuts - this space has everything you need for the perfect home away from home. Four YOLO bikes included! A short walk to the beach, private pool and cozy house, The Jump Inn invites you to, well, jump in year after year!

Holiday Getaway!

Amazing property and ample space for our 4 couple/family getaway! Gorgeous finishing, comfy large beds, fully equipped kitchen, heated pool and large private yard. Great biking distance to Seaside and Alys / Rosemary. A little too cold for beach sitting, but we made the best of it! Will definitely try and return to this Gem! and GO DAWGS!

Amazing house

My family of 4 traveled with my siblings and their children. The house was beautiful with a big open kitchen/living space for everyone to eat together and hang out. The bedrooms were huge and the bathrooms were plentiful. We loved using the heated pool-the children especially! We had recommendations to go to Old Florida Fish House and the Big Chill and our party enjoyed both outdoor eating places!

Spacious home

Very nice home with plenty of space for guest privacy with spread out bedrooms. Upstairs TV area nice option for those wanting to be separate from main floor TV area. Nice pool with nice lounging options. Room for several adults and children with additional bunk beds. Nice neighborhood for walking. Beach access requires a good walk and one wagon is provided. Four bikes were available which was a nice option to go to town or the beach.

Private home with comfy, quirky design. Large, heated pool, outside space and grill. Four bikes included with each booking. The comfiest couches on 30A and walk, sleep, swim, eat, play - do it all at The Jump Inn. Theres plenty of room for several small families, friends, or a large family. Location is prime with easy access to restaurants, beach, pool, walking, biking - it's a dream!
