E Komo Mai! Welcome to your home-away-from home, in paradise! This beautiful suite has everything you need to make you feel at home, plus gorgeous ocean and Diamond Head views!

This spacious 1 bedroom suite is located at the Waikiki Banyan, Tower 1. Enjoy views of the famous Diamond Head Crater and ocean from this gorgeous 25th floor unit!

The suite is fully furnished and sleeps up to 4 people with 2 queen sized beds. The bedroom can be separated from the living area with the sliding pocket doors as desired, or left open for you to enjoy a large open floor plan.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics you need to enjoy home-cooked meals during your vacation. There is a large island counter with lots of cabinet space, and all the basic cookware and flatware to prepare and enjoy your meals. This full size modern kitchen has everything you’ll need to feel right at home: plates, glasses, silverware, full size oven/stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, pots and pans, etc. The large marble island provides ample space for both food prep and a comfortable dining area with 4 bar stools.

The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom, and features a tub/shower combo with tiled shower surround. There is a removable showerhead for your convenience.

As of September 2023, the owner has installed a brand new AC! The new 18000BTU Friedrich air conditioner was chosen specifically as it is engineered for quiet performance, and is self-evaporating to minimize condensation.

Free private wifi and standard cable are both included with the rental.

One Free Parking stall in the building garage is included with the rental. Additional parking is available in the building garage for $30*/day with in and out privileges. (*rates subject to change)

The Waikiki Banyan features a recreation deck with a large pool, 2 spa/hot tubs, saunas, snack bar/restaurant, BBQ grills with outdoor picnic seating, and a children's playground!

Location, location, location! Just one block from Waikiki beach, this is the perfect Waikiki getaway. Within walking distance are the Honolulu Zoo, Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Aquarium, Waikiki Shell concert hall, the newly renovated International Marketplace, restaurants, live music venues, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, hiking, farmers markets, and many more fun activities.

Great Stay !

This was a great place to stay during our time in Honolulu! We were here for 2 weeks and it was a seamless process to check in and check out. The apartment is clean, equipped and comfortable. I do wish there were a few more blankets, paper towels and toilet paper (had to buy more for our longer stay) and kitchen essentials like salt, pepper and oil, but otherwise a great stay! Wicked close to the beach and a ton of stores in Waikiki. Definitely would stay again :)
