The space
You will have a private corner studio on the top floor of a brand-new private building, built in 2021. There's a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) and private bathroom with an in-unit W/D.

Please note that this is a studio - as all the units in this building - so it's best suited for solo travelers and couples. That said, we're happy to host you if you're traveling with an infant or small child.

You will likely hear trains come through on occasion. This town was built around an active rail line - but otherwise shouldn't expect to hear any noise from neighbors or street traffic.

You will have full access to the unit, with a set of keys that includes the apartment door and a key fob for the front door of the building. Because this unit is in a larger building, you can reasonably expect to cross paths with other residents of the complex.
